隧道二次襯砌合理支護(hù)時(shí)機(jī)問題研究

【摘要】:新奧法由于能有效地利用圍巖本身支承能力,使圍巖和支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)共同作用,能有效地克服冒頂和局部塌方等事故,并且由于支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)包括初次支護(hù)和二次襯砌,大大提高了隧道防水效果和安全儲備,因此在隧道修建中得到了廣泛應(yīng)用。而隧道二次襯砌的施工則是隧道施工中的重中之重,確定合理的二襯施作時(shí)間對充分發(fā)揮圍巖的自承能力、隧道洞室開挖的經(jīng)濟(jì)和安全性具有重要意義。本文對隧道二次襯砌的施作時(shí)間主要進(jìn)行了以下的研究: ①對現(xiàn)在國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,并對隧道二襯的支護(hù)時(shí)機(jī)的確定機(jī)理進(jìn)行了分析,以及介紹了隧道二襯支護(hù)時(shí)機(jī)的研究方法,主要是彈塑性解析法、工地實(shí)測數(shù)據(jù)分析法以及隧道模型的模擬分析法。 ②本文以重慶市軌道交通6號線中梁山隧道為依托,對隧道的拱頂沉降以及周邊收斂進(jìn)行監(jiān)控量測,并對監(jiān)控量測的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析。主要看隧道開挖時(shí),拱頂沉降以及周邊收斂的累計(jì)變形量,以及數(shù)據(jù)的收斂情況。 ③用大型有限元軟件ANSYS對隧道進(jìn)行三維開挖模擬,對隧道的Ⅲ、Ⅳ以及V級圍巖計(jì)算其變形情況,主要是計(jì)算隧道的水平向位移以及豎直向位移,也即是隧道的周邊收斂以及拱頂沉降,并將其結(jié)果與中梁山隧道的監(jiān)控量測結(jié)果進(jìn)行對比分析,最終得出隧道二襯支護(hù)的最佳時(shí)機(jī)。 取得結(jié)果主要如下: ①選取的具有代表性的Ⅲ級圍巖斷面,在開挖后29天左右變形達(dá)到穩(wěn)定,變形數(shù)據(jù)及曲線已收斂,此時(shí)可以施作隧道的二襯。 ②選取的具有代表性的Ⅳ級圍巖斷面,在開挖后32天左右變形達(dá)到穩(wěn)定,變形數(shù)據(jù)及曲線已收斂,此時(shí)可以施作隧道的二襯。 ③選取的具有代表性的Ⅴ級圍巖斷面,在開挖后37天左右變形達(dá)到穩(wěn)定,變形數(shù)據(jù)及曲線已收斂,此時(shí)可以施作隧道的二襯。
[Abstract]:Because of the effective use of the supporting capacity of surrounding rock and the joint action of surrounding rock and supporting structure, the method can effectively overcome the accidents such as roof fall and local collapse, and the supporting structure includes primary support and secondary lining. It greatly improves the waterproof effect and safety reserve of the tunnel, so it is widely used in the tunnel construction, and the construction of the second lining of the tunnel is the most important in the tunnel construction. It is of great significance to determine the reasonable second lining construction time for giving full play to the self-supporting capacity of surrounding rock and for the economy and safety of tunnel tunnel excavation. In this paper, the author mainly studies the construction time of tunnel secondary lining as follows:. The main contents are as follows: 1. The present research situation at home and abroad is analyzed, and the mechanism of determining the supporting opportunity of the second lining of tunnel is analyzed, and the research method of the supporting opportunity of the second lining of tunnel is introduced, mainly the elastic-plastic analytical method. Site measured data analysis and tunnel model simulation analysis. 2. Based on Zhongliangshan tunnel of Chongqing rail transit line 6, this paper carries on the monitoring measurement to the tunnel dome settlement and the peripheral convergence, and analyzes the data of the monitoring measurement, mainly looking at the tunnel excavation.
