【摘要】：為探索高速公路用地影響因素,促進土地節(jié)約集約利用,本文根據系統(tǒng)動力學原理,建立了區(qū)域經濟發(fā)展、土地供需、用地解析和綜合運輸四個子系統(tǒng),以此為基礎構建了高速公路用地系統(tǒng)分析模型,并對江蘇省高速公路發(fā)展和用地態(tài)勢進行了仿真試驗。研究結果表明:區(qū)域政策影響因素和單位里程造價因素的改變,對區(qū)域高速公路通車里程和用地規(guī)模同時起制約作用;高速公路用地閑置率和用地理論值的改變僅對區(qū)域高速公路用地規(guī)模起制約作用。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the influencing factors of expressway land use and promote the intensive utilization of land saving, this paper establishes four subsystems: regional economic development, land supply and demand, land analysis and comprehensive transportation according to the principle of system dynamics. Based on this, the analysis model of expressway land use system is constructed. The simulation test of expressway development and land use situation in Jiangsu Province is carried out. The results show that the regional policy factors and the cost per unit mileage are changed. It also restricts the mileage and the land scale of the regional freeway at the same time. The change of idle rate and theoretical value of freeway land only restricts the scale of regional expressway land use.
