【摘要】：能源是實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要保障，也是人類賴以生存的基石。交通運(yùn)輸行業(yè)為我國國民生產(chǎn)總值發(fā)揮了很大的貢獻(xiàn)，在運(yùn)輸生產(chǎn)和服務(wù)消耗大量能源的同時(shí)，其排放的污染物也對生態(tài)環(huán)境產(chǎn)生了負(fù)面影響，因此節(jié)能減排更是交通運(yùn)輸工作中的重中之重。交通運(yùn)輸節(jié)能減排工作的有效開展不僅能提高能源的利用率，而且能夠保護(hù)和改善我們賴以生存的生活環(huán)境，能夠有效實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。 本文分析介紹了我國交通運(yùn)輸行業(yè)的能源消耗現(xiàn)狀以及吉林省交通運(yùn)輸業(yè)的能耗現(xiàn)狀和節(jié)能減排現(xiàn)狀，提出了目前吉林省交通運(yùn)輸行業(yè)節(jié)能減排所存在的問題，并從管理性、結(jié)構(gòu)性、技術(shù)性三方面對吉林省交通運(yùn)輸節(jié)能減排的影響進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)而深入的分析討論。根據(jù)吉林省交通運(yùn)輸行業(yè)節(jié)能減排的實(shí)際，并在科學(xué)性、系統(tǒng)性、簡明性、可操作性、適用性等指標(biāo)體系構(gòu)建原則的基礎(chǔ)上搭建了吉林省交通運(yùn)輸節(jié)能減排評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系，，并且分別對吉林省客運(yùn)行業(yè)、貨運(yùn)行業(yè)、車輛維修與檢測、駕駛員培訓(xùn)、道路規(guī)劃建設(shè)與養(yǎng)護(hù)、水路運(yùn)輸?shù)茸有袠I(yè)建立了各自的評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。運(yùn)用密切值法對吉林省交通運(yùn)輸行業(yè)的客貨運(yùn)行業(yè)進(jìn)行了節(jié)能減排效果的評價(jià)。
[Abstract]:Energy is an important guarantee for sustainable economic development, and also the cornerstone of human survival. Transportation industry has played a great contribution to the gross national product of our country. While transport production and services consume a large amount of energy, the pollutants emitted by them also have a negative impact on the ecological environment. Therefore, energy saving and emission reduction is the most important work in transportation. The effective development of energy saving and emission reduction in transportation can not only improve the efficiency of energy utilization, but also protect and improve the living environment on which we live. Can effectively realize the sustainable development of economy and society. This paper analyzes and introduces the current situation of energy consumption of transportation industry in China and the present situation of energy consumption and energy saving and emission reduction of transportation industry in Jilin Province. This paper puts forward the existing problems of energy saving and emission reduction in the transportation industry of Jilin Province, and from the management, structural. According to the reality of energy saving and emission reduction in Jilin transportation industry, it is scientific, systematic and concise. On the basis of the construction principles of operational and applicability index system, the evaluation index system of Jilin Province transportation energy saving and emission reduction is built, and the passenger transport industry, freight industry, vehicle maintenance and detection are respectively carried out in Jilin Province. Driver training, road planning, construction and maintenance. The evaluation index system of waterway transportation and so on has been established, and the effect of energy saving and emission reduction of passenger and freight industry in Jilin Province has been evaluated by using the close value method.
