考慮分布角法的沿涵洞縱向豎向土壓力分析和試驗

【摘要】:為了研究沿涵洞縱向不同位置的涵頂豎向土壓力的分布規(guī)律,基于分布角法推導(dǎo)了距離涵洞口不同位置的涵頂豎向土壓力的計算方法。選取吉林省圖們至琿春高速公路樁號為RK365+510的高填方涵洞作為試驗涵洞,在涵頂埋設(shè)土壓力盒測量當(dāng)填土高度為12、16和20m時,距離涵洞口不同位置的涵頂豎向土壓力。分析了豎向土壓力沿涵洞縱向的分布規(guī)律,探討了拱效應(yīng),分析了基于分布角法推導(dǎo)的土壓力計算值和實測值的誤差。結(jié)果表明:基于分布角法的涵頂豎向土壓力的計算和試驗結(jié)果較接近。離涵洞口較近時,壓力盒的應(yīng)力集中使實測值大于計算值;隨著縱向長度的增加,涵頂拱效應(yīng)使實測值小于計算值。采用規(guī)范"土柱法"的計算值偏大造成結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計過于安全而不經(jīng)濟。建議涵洞可分段設(shè)計并采用不同的尺寸。
[Abstract]:In order to study the distribution along the longitudinal culvert in different position of the vertical earth pressure, distance calculation method of culvert mouth in different position of the vertical earth pressure distribution based on angle method is deduced. From Jilin province to Hunchun Tumen Expressway pile No. RK365+510 high embankment culvert culvert culvert as a test, the buried soil pressure box when measuring the filling height of 12,16 and 20m, from the culvert mouth in different position of the vertical earth pressure. The results show that the calculation and test results the distribution angle method based on vertical earth pressure is close. The calculation value of the standard "soil column method" is too large, which makes the structural design too safe and not economical. It is suggested that culverts can be segmented and designed with different sizes.
