SG-1型土壤固化劑穩(wěn)定碎石土配合比設(shè)計(jì)及路用性能研究

【摘要】:公路建設(shè)的飛速發(fā)展,帶來(lái)了日益嚴(yán)重的原材料短缺問(wèn)題。石料是我國(guó)路面基層的常用原材料,且所占比例較大。隨著新建、改建、擴(kuò)建公路項(xiàng)目的開工,優(yōu)質(zhì)石料的供應(yīng)短缺問(wèn)題逐漸顯現(xiàn)出來(lái)。石料供應(yīng)不足就會(huì)引起價(jià)格上漲,進(jìn)而導(dǎo)致石料的大量開采,這不僅會(huì)對(duì)山體造成破壞,還會(huì)對(duì)生態(tài)環(huán)境造成威脅。為建立資源節(jié)約型和環(huán)境友好型社會(huì),道路研究者逐漸將視線轉(zhuǎn)移到土壤固化劑穩(wěn)定類基層。 土壤固化劑是一種新型環(huán)保、節(jié)能的材料,能夠有效地改善土壤的物理—力學(xué)性質(zhì),使之具有較好的力學(xué)及路用性能。本文依托陜西省神木縣重點(diǎn)通村公路項(xiàng)目,進(jìn)行SG-1型土壤固化劑穩(wěn)定碎石土在路面基層中的應(yīng)用研究。本文首先檢測(cè)了原材料性質(zhì),并分析了各類土壤固化劑的固化機(jī)理;通過(guò)研究級(jí)配粗細(xì)和無(wú)側(cè)限抗壓強(qiáng)度的關(guān)系,并推薦了適合SG-1型土壤固化劑穩(wěn)定碎石土的級(jí)配范圍;利用正交試驗(yàn),對(duì)影響SG-1型土壤固化劑穩(wěn)定碎石土基層強(qiáng)度的因素進(jìn)行排序;通過(guò)室內(nèi)試驗(yàn),研究了SG-1型土壤固化劑穩(wěn)定碎石土基層材料的力學(xué)性能、干縮性、水穩(wěn)定性、抗凍性以及抗沖刷性等,并與水泥穩(wěn)定碎石土、水泥穩(wěn)定碎石進(jìn)行對(duì)比;通過(guò)材料費(fèi)用計(jì)算,分析其經(jīng)濟(jì)可行性。 齡期為180d時(shí),SG-1型土壤固化劑穩(wěn)定碎石土(7%)力學(xué)性能與水泥穩(wěn)定碎石土(7%)較為接近;但本文涉及的其它路用性能均優(yōu)于水泥穩(wěn)定碎石土(7%)。在抗沖刷性能、耐磨性方面,高劑量(18%)土壤固化劑穩(wěn)定碎石土優(yōu)于水泥穩(wěn)定碎石(5%);而在水穩(wěn)定性、抗凍性方面,接近于水泥穩(wěn)定碎石(5%);其干縮性優(yōu)于水泥穩(wěn)定碎石土(7%),次于水泥穩(wěn)定碎石(5%)。 通過(guò)試驗(yàn)發(fā)現(xiàn),SG-1型土壤固化劑穩(wěn)定碎石土基層力學(xué)性能和路用性能良好,經(jīng)濟(jì)上可行,并且能夠減少石料使用,保護(hù)環(huán)境。高劑量(18%)土壤固化劑穩(wěn)定碎石土具有優(yōu)越的力學(xué)性能,,為解決不斷增加的軸載問(wèn)題開辟了道路。本文的研究成果對(duì)SG-1型土壤固化劑穩(wěn)定碎石土基層設(shè)計(jì)和施工具有重要的指導(dǎo)價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of highway construction, the shortage of raw materials is becoming more and more serious. Stone is the common raw material of pavement base in our country, and it accounts for a large proportion. The shortage of high quality stone is becoming more and more obvious. The shortage of stone will cause the price to rise, and then lead to the massive mining of stone, which will not only destroy the mountain. In order to establish a resource-conserving and environment-friendly society, road researchers have gradually shifted their attention to the soil curing agent and stabilizing the basic level. Soil curing agent is a new kind of environmental protection and energy saving material, which can effectively improve the physical and mechanical properties of soil. So that it has better mechanical and road performance. This paper relies on the Shenmu County Shaanxi Province Tongcun Road Project. In this paper, the properties of raw materials are tested, and the curing mechanism of various soil curing agents is analyzed. The relationship between gradation thickness and unconfined compressive strength was studied, and the gradation range suitable for SG-1 type soil curing agent stabilized macadam soil was recommended. By orthogonal test, the factors affecting the strength of SG-1 stabilized gravel soil base were sorted. Through laboratory tests, the mechanical properties, dry shrinkage, water stability, frost resistance and scour resistance of SG-1 type soil curing agent stabilized macadam base material were studied and compared with cement stabilized macadam soil. The cement stabilized macadam is compared; Through the material cost calculation, analyzes its economic feasibility. When the age is 180 days, the mechanical properties of SG-1 stabilized macadam are close to that of cement stabilized macadam. However, the other road performance mentioned in this paper is superior to that of cement stabilized macadam soil in terms of scour resistance and wear resistance. Soil curing agent stabilized macadam is better than cement stabilized macadam. In the aspect of water stability and frost resistance, it is close to cement stabilized macadam. Its dry shrinkage is better than that of cement stabilized macadam, and it is inferior to cement stabilized macadam. It is found that the mechanical properties and road performance of the base course of stabilized gravel soil with SG-1 soil curing agent are good, economical and feasible, and the use of stone can be reduced. To protect the environment. High dose ~ (18) soil stabilizer stabilized macadam soil has superior mechanical properties. The research results of this paper have important guiding value for the design and construction of SG-1 stabilized macadam soil base.
