高速公路改擴(kuò)建工程沉降觀測(cè)及評(píng)估技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:沉降指標(biāo)是檢驗(yàn)高速公路地基加固及路基填筑質(zhì)量的重要指標(biāo)之一,實(shí)施沉降觀測(cè)是獲得高速公路沉降情況最直觀的、最準(zhǔn)確的方法。在高速公路改擴(kuò)建工程中,新舊路基、路面、橋梁的拼接質(zhì)量決定著工程的成敗,為保證加寬后路面性能滿足路用功能,避免出現(xiàn)路基塌陷、路面開(kāi)裂,在路基加寬及橋梁加寬施工過(guò)程及運(yùn)行期間對(duì)新老路基路面和橋梁進(jìn)行沉降變形觀測(cè)是必要的。 本研究為京港澳高速公路京石段改擴(kuò)建工程設(shè)計(jì)了專門的沉降觀測(cè)方案,在沉降觀測(cè)中應(yīng)用新型沉降觀測(cè)元件,為新型測(cè)試元件設(shè)計(jì)了操作方法和數(shù)據(jù)處理方法,對(duì)改擴(kuò)建工程各沉降指標(biāo)的取值進(jìn)行研究并確定使用于本工程的總沉降、工后沉降、拼接部不均勻沉降和施工沉降速率等沉降指標(biāo),沉降觀測(cè)方案已經(jīng)在工程中實(shí)施。 為方便沉降觀測(cè)工作的數(shù)據(jù)處理、規(guī)范數(shù)據(jù)處理方法和數(shù)據(jù)輸出格式,使用Visual Basic高級(jí)編程語(yǔ)言編寫沉降觀測(cè)平差軟件,軟件專為改擴(kuò)建工程設(shè)計(jì),適用于沉降觀測(cè)方案中規(guī)定的水準(zhǔn)測(cè)量、沉降杯測(cè)量和U型剖面管等觀測(cè)方法的數(shù)據(jù)平差。 論文為改擴(kuò)建工程設(shè)計(jì)了路基路面評(píng)估方法和軟件,建立了沉降觀測(cè)評(píng)估系統(tǒng),提供進(jìn)行沉降觀測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)工后沉降和橫坡率預(yù)測(cè)的方法,統(tǒng)一各項(xiàng)圖表的輸出格式,提供了快速處理大量實(shí)測(cè)沉降數(shù)據(jù)并得到高速公路評(píng)估所需要的所有指標(biāo)的方法。
[Abstract]:Settlement index is one of the most important indexes to test the quality of expressway foundation reinforcement and subgrade filling, and the settlement observation is the most intuitionistic way to obtain the expressway settlement. The most accurate method. In the expressway reconstruction and expansion project, the quality of the new and old subgrade, pavement, bridge splicing determines the success or failure of the project, in order to ensure that the performance of the road after widening to meet the road function, to avoid subgrade collapse. It is necessary to observe the settlement and deformation of new and old roadbed and bridge during the construction process and operation period of roadbed widening and bridge widening. This study designed a special settlement observation scheme for the Beijing-HongKong-Macao Expressway Jingshi section reconstruction and extension project, and applied a new settlement observation element in the settlement observation. The operation method and data processing method are designed for the new test element. The value of each settlement index of the reconstruction and extension project is studied and the total settlement and post-construction settlement used in this project are determined. The settlement index such as uneven settlement and construction settlement rate have been implemented in the project. In order to facilitate the data processing of settlement observation, and to standardize the data processing method and data output format, the settlement observation adjustment software is compiled with Visual Basic advanced programming language. The software is specially designed for the reconstruction and extension project. It is suitable for the data adjustment of leveling, settlement cup measurement and U-shaped section tube, which are stipulated in the settlement observation scheme. In this paper, the evaluation method and software of roadbed and pavement are designed for the reconstruction and extension project, and the settlement observation and evaluation system is established, which provides the method for predicting the settlement and lateral slope rate after the settlement observation data. By unifying the output format of each chart, it provides a method to deal with a large number of measured settlement data quickly and to obtain all the indexes needed for highway evaluation.
