裝配式改整體式空心板橋縱向裂縫機(jī)理及加固措施研究

【摘要】:將原設(shè)計(jì)為裝配式的空心板橋改為整體現(xiàn)澆施工,板的受力狀況由單向受力改為雙向受力。改變施工方法卻仍按最初設(shè)計(jì)配置橫向鋼筋的空心板橋,經(jīng)常在跨中附近出現(xiàn)超出規(guī)范限定的縱向裂縫,有的甚至貫穿整跨。本文以典型的裝配式和整體式空心板橋?yàn)檠芯繉?duì)象,針對(duì)此類(lèi)病害,開(kāi)展了縱向裂縫的機(jī)理研究,并提出了施加體外橫向預(yù)應(yīng)力和粘帖橫向鋼板兩種加固方法。主要研究?jī)?nèi)容如下: 1、基于鉸接板理論和剛接板理論,分別探討了裝配式空心板橋和整體式空心板橋的荷載橫向分布;利用有限元分析軟件ANSYS分別建立了預(yù)制裝配式空心板橋和整體現(xiàn)澆式空心板橋的實(shí)體模型。 2、針對(duì)所建空心板橋的實(shí)體模型,分別考慮兩種不同的施工方法,對(duì)空心板橋在自重、車(chē)輛荷載和溫度荷載作用下的受力狀況進(jìn)行分析,,并重點(diǎn)對(duì)整體式空心板橋在荷載作用下的內(nèi)力分布進(jìn)行了研究,得出了空心板橋的縱向裂縫機(jī)理,并對(duì)今后的空心板橋施工提出了一些建議。 3、參考舊橋的加固實(shí)例,結(jié)合以往的工程經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出了施加橫向預(yù)應(yīng)力和粘帖橫向鋼板兩種加固方法,并建立有限元模型,對(duì)兩種加固方法進(jìn)行了參數(shù)分析;通過(guò)對(duì)比分析加固前后空心板橋受力狀況,驗(yàn)證了兩種加固方法的效果。
[Abstract]:The original design of the hollow slab bridge is changed into integral cast-in-place construction. The stress condition of the slab is changed from unidirectional to bidirectional. The construction method is changed but the hollow slab bridge with transverse reinforcement is still arranged according to the original design. There are often longitudinal cracks near the middle of the span, some of which even run through the whole span. This paper takes the typical assembly and integral hollow slab bridge as the research object, aiming at this kind of disease. In this paper, the mechanism of longitudinal cracks is studied, and two reinforcement methods, external transverse prestress and adhesive transverse steel plate, are proposed. The main contents are as follows: 1. Based on the theory of hinged plate and rigid plate, the transverse distribution of load of fabricated hollow slab bridge and integral hollow slab bridge is discussed respectively. The solid models of prefabricated hollow slab bridge and integral cast-in-place hollow slab bridge were established by using finite element analysis software ANSYS. 2. According to the solid model of the hollow slab bridge, two different construction methods are considered to analyze the stress condition of the hollow slab bridge under the action of deadweight, vehicle load and temperature load. The internal force distribution of integral hollow slab bridge under load is studied emphatically, the longitudinal crack mechanism of hollow slab bridge is obtained, and some suggestions are put forward for the construction of hollow slab bridge in the future. 3. Referring to the example of the old bridge, combined with the past engineering experience, this paper puts forward two strengthening methods of applying transverse prestressing force and sticking the transverse steel plate, and establishes the finite element model. The parameters of the two reinforcement methods are analyzed. The effect of the two reinforcement methods is verified by comparing and analyzing the stress state of the hollow slab bridge before and after reinforcement.
