橡膠改性瀝青混合料關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:隨著我國政府的支持,廢舊輪胎研磨成粉作為瀝青改性劑在道路工程中應(yīng)用得越來越多,其混合料鋪筑在路面能夠具有較好的高溫穩(wěn)定性、低溫抗裂性、水穩(wěn)定性以及路面抗滑性和耐磨性能。面對(duì)使用日漸增多的橡膠改性瀝青路面,本文從橡膠改性瀝青制備后存儲(chǔ)的性能衰變以及橡膠改性瀝青混合料存在碾壓難的問題等方面進(jìn)行研究及評(píng)價(jià),期待能夠解決橡膠改性瀝青路面施工中,橡膠改性瀝青的存放及混合料的碾壓控制問題。本文對(duì)橡膠粉路用的國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行總結(jié)分析,確定好試驗(yàn)研究方案,從橡膠改性瀝青的性能出發(fā),再對(duì)其混合料展開研究。首先測試了不同加工溫度下制備的橡膠改性瀝青存儲(chǔ)時(shí)各性能的指標(biāo)值,通過衰變規(guī)律選定橡膠改性瀝青在180℃條件下加工較適宜,且制備好的橡膠改性瀝青存儲(chǔ)不應(yīng)超過22h,如果條件允許,應(yīng)盡快投入使用。再選用包括連續(xù)型密級(jí)配在內(nèi)的五種級(jí)配類型(AC-13C、 SMA-13、 AR-AC13、 AC-13F、 Superpave-13)橡膠改性瀝青混合料,從體積參數(shù)出發(fā),探討了橡膠改性瀝青混合料對(duì)級(jí)配的選擇性,驗(yàn)證了各級(jí)配混合料的路用性能,明確了橡膠改性瀝青路面使用AC-13C類密級(jí)配時(shí)同樣可以取得較好路用效果。最后根據(jù)不同級(jí)配混合料壓實(shí)特性的差異,對(duì)五種級(jí)配橡膠改性瀝青混合料的碾壓極限溫度進(jìn)行了研究,得知使用不同級(jí)配以及不同瀝青時(shí)對(duì)應(yīng)的極限溫度都存在差異,定量統(tǒng)計(jì)了各級(jí)配橡膠改性瀝青混合料的初始碾壓極限溫度,確定混合料的可碾壓性。再綜合各級(jí)配橡膠改性瀝青混合料的回彈性,明確指出攤鋪后初始碾壓應(yīng)選用靜載鋼輪壓路機(jī),并據(jù)此總結(jié)出橡膠改性瀝青路面的碾壓工藝,為路面施工控制提供參考。
