穿煤層隧道施工關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:隨著西部的開發(fā)和現(xiàn)在中國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的需要的需要;現(xiàn)在西部地區(qū)正進行著大規(guī)模的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的建設(shè)。由于西部地區(qū)的地質(zhì)條件復雜多是含煤層和溶洞等不良的地質(zhì)因素。本文主要是針對遵義城市公路建設(shè)中遇到穿煤層的隧道情況進行了相關(guān)的分析和研究。本文主要從以下幾個部分對煤系地層的隧道進行了分析。 通過國內(nèi)外對煤層隧道的研究現(xiàn)狀分析,了解和掌握了有關(guān)煤系地層隧道設(shè)計和施工。同時經(jīng)過對隧道圍巖和支護理論的研究,對隧道的受力和變形特征有了更進一步的掌握。 是對現(xiàn)場的揭煤施工的難點進行了一定的闡述。在穿煤系地層的隧道建設(shè)中揭煤施工是一個技術(shù)難點。本文揭煤施工的具體方案參考了煤礦建設(shè)的相關(guān)規(guī)定和內(nèi)容。同時,瓦斯氣體的防治是施工的關(guān)。本文簡單介紹了瓦斯防治的具體方法比如瓦斯抽排釋放。 利用FLAC結(jié)合施工現(xiàn)場的實際情況,建立了隧道開挖的模型;通過開挖的對煤系地層的隧道圍巖的受力和變形進行分析,通過分析得到圍巖的受力、位移及隧洞周圍的塑性區(qū)分布的情況。 最后本文分析了現(xiàn)場的瓦斯監(jiān)控和施工監(jiān)控的情況,通過監(jiān)控數(shù)據(jù)和數(shù)值模擬的比較可以知道模擬值對指導我們的具體施工和設(shè)計有著相關(guān)重要的意
[Abstract]:With the development of western China and the needs of China's economic development; Now the western region is carrying on the large-scale infrastructure construction. The complex geological conditions in the western region are mostly the bad geological factors, such as coal seam and karst cave. This paper is mainly aimed at the urban highway construction in Zunyi. The tunnel situation in coal seam is analyzed and studied in this paper, and the tunnel of coal measure stratum is analyzed in the following parts. Through the analysis of the present research situation of coal seam tunnel at home and abroad, the author has understood and mastered the design and construction of coal measure stratum tunnel, and studied the tunnel surrounding rock and supporting theory at the same time. The stress and deformation characteristics of the tunnel have been further grasped. It is a technical difficulty in the tunnel construction of coal measure strata. The concrete scheme of coal stripping construction in this paper refers to the relevant rules and regulations of coal mine construction. Content. At the same time. The prevention and cure of gas is the key of construction. This paper briefly introduces the specific methods of gas prevention and control, such as gas drainage and release. The model of tunnel excavation is established by using FLAC combined with the actual situation of the construction site. The stress and deformation of surrounding rock in coal measure strata are analyzed by excavation, and the stress and displacement of surrounding rock and the distribution of plastic zone around tunnel are obtained. Finally, the paper analyzes the situation of gas monitoring and construction monitoring on the spot. Through the comparison of monitoring data and numerical simulation, we can know that the simulation value has important meaning to guide our concrete construction and design.
