長深公路平泉至承德段工程方案研究

【摘要】:長深公路平泉至承德段項(xiàng)目作為區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)干線,是國家規(guī)劃的“長春~深圳”高速公路的重要組成部分,符合河北省“五縱六橫七條線”高速公路布局規(guī)劃以及承德市“一環(huán)八射”路網(wǎng)布局。建設(shè)本項(xiàng)目是完善國家重點(diǎn)公路網(wǎng)規(guī)劃,構(gòu)架華北地區(qū)與東北地區(qū)之間重要交通通道,,和改善區(qū)域交通狀況,帶動河北省東北部尤其是承德市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的必然選擇。 本文從本工程影響區(qū)域的社會經(jīng)濟(jì)現(xiàn)狀、交通運(yùn)輸現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展規(guī)劃、主要相關(guān)公路適應(yīng)能力及本項(xiàng)目的功能定位出發(fā),深入研究了本項(xiàng)目的必要性。對工程地域的交通狀況進(jìn)行了深入細(xì)致的調(diào)查研究,科學(xué)預(yù)測了本工程的交通量。從地形地貌、工程地質(zhì)條件、水文地質(zhì)條件、不良地質(zhì)與特殊地質(zhì)條件、環(huán)境影響等方面出發(fā),研究了工程建設(shè)條件及影響因素。針對設(shè)選的A、B、C三個路線方案,研究路線的起始點(diǎn)、擬建項(xiàng)目走廊,路線方案的布置選擇等;從路網(wǎng)構(gòu)成、交通組織、促進(jìn)地方經(jīng)濟(jì)、地形條件、工程量與建設(shè)投資及環(huán)境保護(hù)等方面,進(jìn)行了深入、細(xì)致的比選研究,最后推薦A方案作為本項(xiàng)目的方案,并且對該方案的工程及建設(shè)規(guī)模作了初步研究。此外,對本工程推薦方案進(jìn)行了初步經(jīng)濟(jì)分析。
[Abstract]:As a regional economic trunk line, the project between Pingquan and Chengde of the long and deep highway is an important part of the "Changchun-Shenzhen" expressway planned by the state. In line with Hebei Province "five vertical six horizontal seven lines" highway layout planning and Chengde City "one ring eight" road network layout. The construction of this project is to improve the national key highway network planning. It is necessary to construct an important traffic channel between North China and Northeast China and to improve the regional traffic situation, which will promote the economic development of Northeast Hebei Province, especially Chengde City. This paper starts from the social and economic situation, transportation status and development plan of the affected area, the main highway adaptability and the function orientation of the project. The necessity of this project is studied in depth. The traffic condition of the project is investigated and studied in detail, and the traffic volume of the project is scientifically forecasted, including topography, engineering geological condition and hydrogeological condition. From the aspects of bad geology, special geological conditions and environmental impact, this paper studies the engineering construction conditions and influencing factors. According to the three route schemes, the starting point of the research route, the project corridor is proposed. Layout and selection of route scheme; From the road network composition, traffic organization, promoting local economy, terrain conditions, engineering volume and construction investment and environmental protection, carried out in-depth, meticulous comparison and study, and finally recommended a project as the project plan. The project and construction scale of the project are studied. In addition, the preliminary economic analysis of the recommended project is carried out.
