溫拌阻燃瀝青混合料性能研究

【摘要】:溫拌技術能夠有效的降低施工溫度、節(jié)約能源、減少環(huán)境污染,并且未降低路用性能。阻燃技術能夠有效的抑制瀝青路面燃燒、減少煙氣的生成。因此,本文將溫拌與阻燃技術相結合,制備性能優(yōu)良的溫拌阻燃瀝青混合料,對其使用性能進行了系統(tǒng)研究,為溫拌阻燃瀝青混合料在隧道路面中的應用提供理論依據(jù)。本文先從瀝青的常規(guī)性能及阻燃性能入手,分析了不同Sasobi、3G摻量的基質瀝青(SBS改性瀝青)、基質阻燃瀝青(SBS改性阻燃瀝青)的三大指標及氧指數(shù)變化規(guī)律。結果表明,加入阻燃劑降低了瀝青的針入度、延度,提高了瀝青的軟化點,顯著增加了瀝青的氧指數(shù);隨著Sasobit摻量的增多,瀝青針入度、延度呈下降趨勢,軟化點呈上升趨勢;隨著3G摻量的增加,瀝青針入度總體呈上升趨勢,延度呈下降趨勢,軟化先升高后降低。對于基質溫拌瀝青,隨著Sasobit、3G摻量的增加氧指數(shù)呈下降趨勢;對于改性溫拌瀝青,隨著Sasobit摻量增加氧指數(shù)呈下降趨勢,隨著3G摻量增加氧指數(shù)呈上升趨勢。通過離析試驗,測試了推薦摻量下兩種溫拌阻燃瀝青的軟化點差,其試驗結果沒有超過規(guī)范要求。對摻入推薦摻量溫拌劑與阻燃劑的瀝青粘度進行了測試,Sasobit降低了瀝青的粘度,3G對瀝青粘度影響很小。采用馬歇爾成型方式,以孔隙率為主導,確定了基于3G、Sasobit和阻燃劑推薦摻量下的施工溫度。結果顯示,Sasobit、3G溫拌阻燃瀝青混合料基于基質瀝青、改性瀝青施工溫度分別降低了25℃,20℃;20℃,15℃。利用錐形量熱儀分析了6種不同類型瀝青混合料的阻燃、抑煙性能。結果顯示,無論是單摻阻燃劑與溫拌劑,還是復摻都降低了混合料的熱釋放量、煙釋放量。路用性能測試結果表明,外加劑對混合料水穩(wěn)性能影響不大,加入阻燃劑與溫拌劑增加了混合料高溫性能,降低了低溫性能。
[Abstract]:Warm mixing technology can effectively reduce the construction temperature, save energy, reduce environmental pollution, and do not reduce road performance. Flame retardant technology can effectively suppress the burning of asphalt pavement, reduce the formation of smoke. In this paper, warm mix and flame retardant technology were combined to prepare warm mixed flame retardant asphalt mixture with excellent performance, and its performance was studied systematically. This paper provides the theoretical basis for the application of warm mix flame retardant asphalt mixture in tunnel pavement. This paper starts with the conventional performance and flame retardant performance of asphalt and analyzes different Sasobi. The changes of three indexes and oxygen index of SBS modified asphalt and SBS modified flame retardant asphalt with 3G content were studied. The results showed that the penetration of asphalt was reduced by adding flame retardant. The ductility increases the softening point of asphalt and increases the oxygen index of asphalt. With the increase of Sasobit content, the penetration and ductility of asphalt decreased, and the softening point increased. With the increase of 3G content, the penetration of asphalt increased, the ductility decreased, softening first increased and then decreased. For the matrix warm mix asphalt, with Sasobit. The increase of oxygen index of 3G is decreasing. For the modified warm-mixed asphalt, the oxygen index decreased with the increase of Sasobit content, and increased with the increase of 3G content. The difference of softening point between the two kinds of warm mix flame retardant asphalt under recommended dosage was tested, and the test results did not exceed the requirements of the specification. The viscosity of the asphalt mixed with the recommended amount of warm mix agent and flame retardant was tested. Sasobit reduces the viscosity of asphalt and 3G has little effect on the viscosity of asphalt. The results show that the temperature of modified asphalt is reduced by 25 鈩,
