【摘要】：正2015年12月30日,國務(wù)院批復(fù)了"東方之星"號客輪翻沉事件調(diào)查報(bào)告。經(jīng)國務(wù)院調(diào)查組調(diào)查認(rèn)定,"東方之星"號客輪翻沉事件是一起由突發(fā)罕見的強(qiáng)對流天氣——颮線伴有下?lián)舯┝鳌獛淼膹?qiáng)風(fēng)暴雨襲擊導(dǎo)致的特別重大災(zāi)難性事件。事件回顧5月28日13時(shí),"東方之星"號客輪由南京港五馬渡碼頭開航上行,計(jì)劃6月7日6時(shí)30分抵達(dá)目的港重慶。開航時(shí)在船船員46人、乘客398人。
[Abstract]:On December 30th 2015, the State Council approved the investigation report on the sinking of the "Star of the Orient" passenger ship, which was confirmed by the investigation team of the State Council. Eastern Star. The cruise ship capsizing is a particularly catastrophic event caused by a sudden and rare severe convective weather- a squall line accompanied by a strong wind and torrential rain. The incident is recalled at 13:00 on May 28th. The "Oriental Star" passenger ship set sail up from the Wumadu terminal of Nanjing Port and is scheduled to arrive at the destination port of Chongqing at 06:30 on June 7th.
