機(jī)械式停車(chē)設(shè)備的研究及實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:汽車(chē)行業(yè)更是迅速,人們的生活水平不斷提高,這就使得私家車(chē)的數(shù)量與日俱增,從而引發(fā)的停車(chē)問(wèn)題是很現(xiàn)實(shí)及棘手的一個(gè)問(wèn)題。 本論文對(duì)九大類(lèi)機(jī)械式停車(chē)設(shè)備主要從分類(lèi)、工作原理、適用范圍和設(shè)備組成等方面進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的研究分析。針對(duì)所建造機(jī)械式停車(chē)設(shè)備的實(shí)際位置是人流量大、非常繁華的大型商業(yè)區(qū),然后經(jīng)過(guò)各種停車(chē)設(shè)備的詳細(xì)比較,最終選擇垂直升降式停車(chē)設(shè)備作為本論文的總體設(shè)計(jì)方案。 對(duì)機(jī)械式停車(chē)設(shè)備做個(gè)一個(gè)總體平面布局,以此為基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行后續(xù)的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。本論文用大型三維軟件Pro/E5.0對(duì)機(jī)械式停車(chē)設(shè)備進(jìn)行了整體建模,為后續(xù)章節(jié)進(jìn)行有限元分析奠定基礎(chǔ)。機(jī)械式停車(chē)設(shè)備的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)是本論文至關(guān)重要的一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),它的具體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)包括鋼架結(jié)構(gòu)、升降系統(tǒng)、橫移系統(tǒng)、進(jìn)給系統(tǒng)、載車(chē)板和安全掛鉤的設(shè)計(jì)和電推桿的選用。 在A(yíng)NSYS12.1經(jīng)典版中,應(yīng)用梁?jiǎn)卧@個(gè)模塊進(jìn)行模型的建立。然后就以此為模型對(duì)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)框架在不同的五種工況下進(jìn)行應(yīng)力和剛度的分析,并且進(jìn)行了十階模態(tài)分析,找出了鋼架結(jié)構(gòu)的危險(xiǎn)頻率。對(duì)于升降臺(tái)和載車(chē)板,用ANSYS12.1中的Workbench模塊在理想狀態(tài)和偏載兩種情況下進(jìn)行了應(yīng)力和剛度分析。 應(yīng)用MATLAB計(jì)算軟件對(duì)存車(chē)優(yōu)先、取車(chē)優(yōu)先和原地待命三種不同的存取策略進(jìn)行了花費(fèi)時(shí)間和能量消耗數(shù)學(xué)模型的建立并且利用已建模型進(jìn)行模擬仿真,最后將仿真模擬結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較而得出符合實(shí)際情況的結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:Automobile industry is more rapid, people's living standards are improving, which makes the number of private cars increasing day by day, thus causing parking problem is very practical and a thorny problem. In this paper, nine types of mechanical parking equipment are mainly classified, working principle. The scope of application and equipment composition are analyzed in detail. The actual location of the mechanical parking equipment built is a large commercial district with large flow of people and very prosperous. Then through the detailed comparison of all kinds of parking equipment, the vertical lift parking equipment is selected as the overall design of this paper. On the basis of a general plane layout of mechanical parking equipment, the following structural design is carried out. In this paper, a large-scale three-dimensional software Pro/E5.0 is used to model the mechanical parking equipment as a whole. The structural design of mechanical parking equipment is an important part of this paper. Its specific structure design includes steel frame structure, lifting system, and transversal system. Feed system, load plate and safety hook design and selection of electric push rod. In the classical version of ANSYS12.1, this module is used to build the model, and then the stress and stiffness of the steel frame are analyzed under five different working conditions. The tenth order modal analysis was carried out to find out the dangerous frequency of the steel frame structure. In this paper, the stress and stiffness of the Workbench module in ANSYS12.1 are analyzed under the condition of ideal state and bias load. The application of MATLAB software is preferred. There are three different access strategies, one is car first and the other is in situ. The mathematical model of time and energy consumption is built and simulated by using the established model. At last, the simulation results are compared to get the conclusion in line with the actual situation.
