【摘要】:交通運輸事業(yè)的發(fā)展和完善對國民經(jīng)濟的高速穩(wěn)定增長起著重大的作用,而橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)的正常運行是交通運輸系統(tǒng)正常運轉(zhuǎn)的前提。隨著交通量的不斷上漲,結(jié)構(gòu)出現(xiàn)破損的現(xiàn)象也在增加,導(dǎo)致橋梁承載力下降,若不能及時識別損傷,使其累積到一定程度,一旦發(fā)生破壞,將給社會帶來重大的損失。因此,對橋梁進行損傷預(yù)警研究,具有重要的理論意義和使用價值。當(dāng)前國內(nèi)已有的以及新建的大跨度橋梁的結(jié)構(gòu)健康監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)是通過獲取結(jié)構(gòu)實時監(jiān)測信號分析結(jié)構(gòu)系統(tǒng)特性的變化來發(fā)出損傷預(yù)警通知。本文提出一種基于時間序列模型分析的橋梁損傷預(yù)警方法。本文以橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)實時損傷預(yù)警為主題對以下方面進行了研究:1、通過對已有的結(jié)構(gòu)損傷識別方法和時間序列理論的分析和總結(jié),提出了一種基于自回歸模型和帶有外部輸入的自回歸模型(Autoregressive models-Autoregressive models with eXogenous inputs,簡稱AR-ARX模型)的損傷預(yù)警方法,對響應(yīng)信號進行標準化預(yù)處理,提出一種數(shù)據(jù)匹配的新方法,并對AR-ARX模型定階方法進行了優(yōu)化。通過模型殘差的變化來識別結(jié)構(gòu)損傷,并通過基于大量數(shù)據(jù)樣本的統(tǒng)計評估指標進行損傷預(yù)警,對損傷預(yù)警效果進行了評估分析。2、通過對簡支梁橋的數(shù)值模擬對該損傷預(yù)警方法的有效性進行了研究。對地面施加一定幅值的隨機白噪聲以模擬實橋的環(huán)境激勵,研究了單一損傷和兩處損傷情況下的損傷預(yù)警效果,并對不同噪聲水平對預(yù)警效果的影響進行分析。分析結(jié)果表明該損傷預(yù)警方法可以有效識別損傷位置和損傷程度,且具有較強的抗干擾能力。3、加工制作兩跨連續(xù)鋼梁模型,對其進行試驗研究,設(shè)置單一損傷和兩處損傷。試驗前先對連續(xù)梁進行了數(shù)值模擬分析。根據(jù)測試要求并結(jié)合連續(xù)梁模型確定加速度傳感器布置方案,對地面進行持續(xù)隨機激勵模擬環(huán)境激勵,采集結(jié)構(gòu)在各種工況下的加速度信號,應(yīng)用所提損傷預(yù)警方法進行分析處理,驗證了所提方法的有效性。
[Abstract]:The development of transportation and improve the national economy plays an important role, and the normal operation of the bridge structure is the premise of the normal operation of the transportation system. With increasing traffic volume, structure damage phenomenon is also increasing, resulting in the decline of carrying capacity of bridge, if not timely identification of injury. The accumulated to a certain extent, once damaged, will bring a great loss to the society. Therefore, the damage of the bridge early warning research has important theoretical significance and practical value. The structural health monitoring system of current domestic existing and new construction of the long-span bridge is the change in the structure characteristics of the system by acquiring real-time monitoring of structure to give the signal damage warning notice. This paper proposes a bridge damage warning analysis method based on time series model. The results show that the damage alarming method can effectively identify the damage location and degree, and has strong anti-interference ability of.3, making two span continuous beam model and on its pilot study, set up a single damage and two damage. According to the test requirements and the continuous beam model to determine the acceleration sensor layout scheme, continuous random excitation simulation environment excitation on the ground, the acceleration signal in different conditions using the proposed acquisition structure. Damage alarming method for analysis, verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
