瀝青路面施工溫度影響壓實(shí)質(zhì)量的敏感性分析

【摘要】:為了確保瀝青路面在合理的溫度條件下進(jìn)行施工,從而有效提高瀝青混合料的壓實(shí)質(zhì)量,降低溫度離析病害。該文應(yīng)用紅外熱像儀掃描了AC-20瀝青混合料開(kāi)始碾壓時(shí)的表面溫度,然后采用無(wú)核密度儀(PQI:Pavement Quality Indicator)研究了溫度離析對(duì)瀝青混合料壓實(shí)質(zhì)量的影響,通過(guò)回歸分析,建立了瀝青混合料開(kāi)始碾壓時(shí)的表面溫度與碾壓后密度的相關(guān)關(guān)系。結(jié)果顯示:兩者呈良好的線(xiàn)性關(guān)系,相關(guān)系數(shù)絕對(duì)值超過(guò)0.8,按照相關(guān)關(guān)系式計(jì)算得到AC-20瀝青混合料碾壓前表面溫度至少應(yīng)控制在132.7℃以上。
[Abstract]:In order to ensure the construction of asphalt pavement under reasonable temperature conditions, the compaction quality of asphalt mixture can be improved effectively. In this paper, the surface temperature of AC-20 asphalt mixture was scanned by infrared thermal imager. Then, the influence of temperature segregation on compaction quality of asphalt mixture was studied by using the seedless densitometer PQI: Pavement Quality indicator, and the regression analysis was carried out. The correlation between the surface temperature and the density of asphalt mixture at the beginning of rolling is established. The results show that the correlation coefficient between them is linear and the absolute value of correlation coefficient is more than 0.8. According to the correlation formula, the surface temperature of AC-20 asphalt mixture should be controlled above 132.7 鈩,
