道路減速設(shè)施應(yīng)用技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:速度是造成道路交通傷害的一項關(guān)鍵性的因素,研究表明車速與道路交通事故及事故的嚴重程度具有顯著的相關(guān)性。有效的速度管理可降低車速,降低事故發(fā)生率及事故的嚴重性,,提高道路交通的安全性。目前我國道路交通參與者素質(zhì)良莠不齊,要想通過提高駕駛者素質(zhì)來改善交通安全水平,在目前情況下需要投入的資金較大,且見效的時間較長。為解決目前嚴峻的道路交通安全問題,減速設(shè)施由于投入的資金少、減速效果好、適用范圍廣等特點,在我國各種道路危險路段得到了廣泛應(yīng)用,特別是強制性減速設(shè)施的廣泛使用,有效緩解了山區(qū)公路的安全問題。但是由于使用過程中缺乏相應(yīng)的規(guī)范、標準、指南等的指導(dǎo),出現(xiàn)了諸多問題,有些還造成了一定的社會影響。論文針對目前減速設(shè)施的應(yīng)用技術(shù)進行研究。 論文通過對國內(nèi)外減速設(shè)施的廣泛調(diào)研及資料收集,對減速設(shè)施的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀進行了分析。首先深入分析了我國關(guān)于減速設(shè)施的相關(guān)規(guī)范要求,指出了現(xiàn)有標準指導(dǎo)作用的缺陷;其次對目前各種減速設(shè)施進行了歸類整理,根據(jù)減速效果及減速機理的不同,將減速設(shè)施分為了強制性、半強制性、警示性三類,以便于選擇使用。然后針對強制性減速設(shè)施應(yīng)用中類型選擇與適用范圍不匹配、尺寸設(shè)計不合理、配套設(shè)施不完善等關(guān)鍵問題進行了分析。 采用多體動力學(xué)軟件ADAMS/CAR,建立了設(shè)有減速帶及減速丘的3D等效容積路面模型,利用仿真分析的手段,探究了減速帶及減速丘的不同高度、寬度、輪廓形狀在不同車速情況下對車輛行車舒適性及行駛穩(wěn)定性的影響規(guī)律,以人體暴露于全身振動的評價為標準,考慮行車舒適性及穩(wěn)定性,提出了減速丘及減速帶在不同車速條件的尺寸推薦值,以保障車輛行駛的安全。 根據(jù)實際經(jīng)驗總結(jié)及相關(guān)的理論分析,研究了三類減速設(shè)施的設(shè)置條件,設(shè)置位置及設(shè)施設(shè)計,針對強制性減速設(shè)施,提出了其完善的配套設(shè)施設(shè)計,包括體表標記、警告標志、預(yù)告標線的設(shè)計。最后根據(jù)典型危險路段的隱患特點,提出了減速設(shè)施的綜合處治對策及處治示意圖。
[Abstract]:Speed is a key factor to cause road traffic injury. Research shows that speed has a significant correlation with road traffic accidents and the severity of accidents. Effective speed management can reduce speed. Reduce the incidence of accidents and the severity of accidents, improve the safety of road traffic. At present, the quality of road traffic participants are mixed, we want to improve the quality of drivers to improve the level of traffic safety. In order to solve the serious problem of road traffic safety, the deceleration facilities have the characteristics of less investment, good deceleration effect and wide application scope, in order to solve the problem of road traffic safety. In China, various dangerous road sections have been widely used, especially the widespread use of compulsory deceleration facilities, effectively alleviate the mountain road safety problems, but due to the lack of corresponding norms in the use process, standards. There are many problems in the guidance of the guide, some of which have caused some social impact. This paper focuses on the application technology of the deceleration facility. Through the extensive investigation and data collection of deceleration facilities at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the current situation of the application of deceleration facilities. Firstly, it deeply analyzes the requirements of the relevant specifications of the deceleration facilities in China. The shortcomings of the guidance function of the existing standards are pointed out. Secondly, all kinds of deceleration facilities are classified and sorted out. According to the different deceleration effect and deceleration mechanism, the deceleration facilities are divided into three categories: mandatory, semi-mandatory and cautionary. Then the key problems in the application of compulsory deceleration facilities, such as the mismatch between the type selection and the applicable range, the unreasonable size design and the imperfect supporting facilities, are analyzed. Using the multi-body dynamics software Adams / car, the 3D equivalent volume road surface model with deceleration belt and deceleration dome is established, and the different heights of the deceleration belt and deceleration dome are explored by means of simulation analysis. The influence of the width and contour shape on the driving comfort and driving stability of the vehicle under different speed conditions is considered according to the evaluation criteria of the human body exposed to the whole body vibration and considering the driving comfort and stability. The recommended sizes of deceleration dome and reducer in different speed conditions are put forward to ensure the safety of vehicle running. According to the practical experience and related theoretical analysis, this paper studies the setting conditions, setting position and facility design of three kinds of deceleration facilities, and puts forward its perfect supporting facilities design for compulsory deceleration facilities. It includes the design of body surface mark, warning sign and forecast mark. Finally, according to the characteristics of hidden danger in typical dangerous section, the comprehensive treatment countermeasure and treatment diagram of deceleration equipment are put forward.
