乘用車公路運(yùn)輸路徑優(yōu)化問題研究

【摘要】:汽車行業(yè)伴隨著中國(guó)的發(fā)展也得到了飛速的發(fā)展,由此也為相關(guān)的汽車企業(yè)提供了一個(gè)快速發(fā)展的機(jī)遇。乘用車物流就是在這個(gè)機(jī)遇中發(fā)展壯大起來的一個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè),也得到了汽車企業(yè)的廣泛重視。乘用車物流是將生產(chǎn)、銷售以及客戶連接起來的重要手段,并且為汽車企業(yè)較低成本,提高服務(wù)質(zhì)量,使整個(gè)乘用車物流環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)一步得到優(yōu)化,是汽車企業(yè)得到更好發(fā)展的必備條件,因此乘用車物流的優(yōu)化受到了汽車生產(chǎn)商廣泛的重視。雖然在過去很長(zhǎng)一段時(shí)間乘用車物流已經(jīng)有了一個(gè)長(zhǎng)足的發(fā)展,但是乘用車物流企業(yè)在現(xiàn)實(shí)中仍然面臨著高額的成本、快速變化的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境等眾多壓力。本文通過對(duì)乘用車整車運(yùn)輸方式的研究,對(duì)目前乘用車物流運(yùn)輸方面存在的問題考察,發(fā)現(xiàn)在乘用車整車物流當(dāng)中運(yùn)輸成本占物流成本的80%;诖吮疚奶岢隽顺擞密囄锪鞯穆窂絻(yōu)化問題,并構(gòu)建了VRP、MDVRP以及MDVRPTW模型,并用采用節(jié)約算法和掃描算法對(duì)C公司的運(yùn)輸物流VRP問題進(jìn)行優(yōu)化求解,得出的優(yōu)化方案優(yōu)于C公司原始的配送方案,為C公司節(jié)約了成本與資源。所以本文致力于優(yōu)化運(yùn)輸路途來降低企業(yè)整個(gè)物流環(huán)節(jié)中的運(yùn)輸成本,目的在于尋求物流企業(yè)在實(shí)際運(yùn)輸決策中的解決方法。為企業(yè)在實(shí)施路徑選擇優(yōu)化方面提供一個(gè)參考,并對(duì)降低汽車企業(yè)乘用車物流成本,提高服務(wù)效率有一定的指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:Along with the development of China, the automobile industry has also got rapid development. This also provides a rapid development opportunity for related automobile enterprises. Passenger car logistics is an industry developed in this opportunity. Passenger vehicle logistics is an important means to connect production, sales and customers, and to improve the quality of service. To optimize the whole logistics of passenger vehicles is the necessary condition for the better development of automobile enterprises. Therefore, the optimization of passenger vehicle logistics has been widely paid attention to by automobile manufacturers, although in the past a long time has been a considerable development of passenger vehicle logistics. However, the passenger vehicle logistics enterprises are still facing a lot of pressures such as high cost, fast changing market environment and so on. Based on the investigation of the existing problems in passenger vehicle logistics, it is found that the transportation cost accounts for 80% of the logistics cost in the passenger vehicle logistics. Based on this, the path optimization problem of passenger vehicle logistics is proposed. The model of MDVRPTW and MDVRPTW is constructed, and the VRP problem of transportation logistics of C company is solved by saving algorithm and scanning algorithm. The optimized scheme is superior to the original distribution plan of C Company, which saves cost and resources for C Company. So this paper is devoted to optimizing the transportation route to reduce the transportation cost in the whole logistics link of the enterprise. The purpose of this paper is to find the solution of logistics enterprises in the actual transportation decision, to provide a reference for enterprises to implement route selection optimization, and to reduce the cost of passenger vehicle logistics in automobile enterprises. Improving service efficiency has a certain guiding role.
