建筑垃圾作為道路材料的再生加工技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:近年來,城市化進(jìn)程的加快使建筑垃圾產(chǎn)量呈陡增趨勢。大量的建筑垃圾不僅破壞生態(tài)環(huán)境,侵占土地,而且造成了石料資源的浪費(fèi)。多項研究表明,采用一定工藝處理后的建筑垃圾可以實現(xiàn)再生利用。但是目前建筑垃圾再生骨料品質(zhì)較差,難以用于高等級道路結(jié)構(gòu)層次中,且建筑垃圾處理企業(yè)尚未形成規(guī)模化體系,再生骨料成本較高。本課題依托省級高速公路西咸北環(huán)線,對西安市周邊建筑垃圾進(jìn)行回收和預(yù)分類,以高效和經(jīng)濟(jì)為原則,確定合適的設(shè)備類型和加工工藝,形成規(guī);庸そㄖ偕牧暇C合利用技術(shù),,以期對我國建筑垃圾資源化利用提供一些有價值的參考。 首先,通過對生活垃圾、建筑裝修垃圾、建筑拆除垃圾、道路橋梁翻修垃圾等不同料源特性的建筑垃圾進(jìn)行試驗,提出各類垃圾的適用場合;谀壳敖ㄖ默F(xiàn)狀,對建筑垃圾預(yù)處理技術(shù)進(jìn)行研究,并結(jié)合國內(nèi)外加工設(shè)備調(diào)研情況,完成建筑垃圾處理設(shè)備的選型工作。鑒于再生骨料中磚塊、混凝土塊性能差異較大,建議采用磚砼分離器實現(xiàn)磚塊與混凝土塊的分離。 其次,結(jié)合道路用骨料的技術(shù)要求,提出分別應(yīng)用于道路路基、基層乃至較高結(jié)構(gòu)層次的經(jīng)濟(jì)型加工工藝和綜合利用加工工藝,并對兩套工藝的生產(chǎn)線進(jìn)行三維動畫模擬;诔商咨a(chǎn)工藝的研究,對興平市建筑垃圾加工廠提出了設(shè)備改造及工藝優(yōu)化方案。結(jié)果表明改造后再生骨料品質(zhì)穩(wěn)定,技術(shù)指標(biāo)滿足設(shè)計要求。 最后,圍繞建筑垃圾加工的要求,對依托工程建筑垃圾規(guī);a(chǎn)場地區(qū)域和功能區(qū)的布局進(jìn)行了規(guī)劃。結(jié)合對國內(nèi)外建筑垃圾加工場區(qū)的調(diào)查,設(shè)計了年處理建筑垃圾200萬噸的潔凈無塵化的規(guī);庸S。并對經(jīng)濟(jì)型、綜合利用兩套生產(chǎn)工藝的再生骨料進(jìn)行效益分析,證明建筑垃圾處理項目具有良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會環(huán)境效益。
[Abstract]:In recent years, city to accelerate the process of the construction waste production showed a steep trend. A large number of construction waste not only destroy the ecological environment, land occupation, and caused the stone waste of resources. A number of studies have shown that the process of the construction waste can be recycled. But the recycled aggregate can be used in poor quality. The level of high grade road structure, and construction waste treatment enterprises has not yet formed a large scale system, recycled aggregate high cost. This research is supported by the Provincial Highway West Ham Nol, recovery and pre classification of surrounding buildings in Xi'an city garbage, in an efficient and economic principle, determine the type of equipment and proper processing technology, formed by technology comprehensive scale processing of construction waste recycled materials, in order to provide some valuable reference for China's construction waste resource utilization.
First of all, through the garbage, building renovation waste, building demolition waste, garbage road and bridge renovation of different material sources characteristics of construction waste test application put forward all kinds of waste. Based on the present situation of construction waste, to study the construction waste pretreatment technology, combined with the domestic research situation of processing equipment, complete construction waste treatment equipment selection work. In view of the bricks in recycled aggregate concrete blocks, differences in performance greatly, recommend the use of brick concrete brick and concrete block separator separation.
Secondly, in combination with the requirements for aggregate technology, put forward respectively applied in road subgrade, economical process and higher levels of grass-roots structure and comprehensive utilization of processing technology, and the two set of process production line for 3D animation simulation. The research based on the complete production process, equipment modification and optimization scheme of Xingping City construction waste processing plant is put forward. The results show that the aggregate quality stable regeneration after transformation, technical indicators meet the design requirements.
Finally, around the construction waste processing requirements, based on the engineering construction waste scale production area and function area layout of the planning. Combined with a survey of domestic and foreign construction waste processing field, the design of large-scale processing plant with annual processing 2 million tons of construction waste clean dust-free. And the economic type. The comprehensive utilization of recycled aggregate two sets of production process for the benefit analysis, proof of construction waste treatment project has good economic and social and environmental benefits.
