【摘要】：近年來,我國城市公共自行車系統(tǒng)建設(shè)火熱,但系統(tǒng)運(yùn)營和使用仍存在諸多問題,因此急需對其進(jìn)行完善和優(yōu)化。城市公共自行車系統(tǒng)作為社會公益性設(shè)施,不僅具有多種交通功能和環(huán)保功能,還具有維護(hù)社會公正、激發(fā)城市活力、促進(jìn)公共健康和推動文化傳播的社會功能。文章通過分析城市公共自行車系統(tǒng)社會功能的內(nèi)涵、促發(fā)機(jī)制及實(shí)現(xiàn)障礙,探討其規(guī)劃的關(guān)鍵內(nèi)容,并從站點(diǎn)布局與設(shè)施優(yōu)化、系統(tǒng)規(guī)模預(yù)測、系統(tǒng)功能拓展和復(fù)合、騎行交往空間規(guī)劃及城市騎行文化塑造五個方面提出相應(yīng)策略,以期為我國城市公共自行車系統(tǒng)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供參考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the construction of urban public bicycle system in China is hot, but there are still many problems in the operation and use of the system, so it is urgent to improve and optimize the system. Urban public bicycle system as a social public welfare facilities. It not only has a variety of traffic functions and environmental protection functions, but also has the maintenance of social justice, stimulate the vitality of the city. This paper analyzes the connotation of social function of urban public bicycle system, the mechanism of promoting development and the obstacles to realization, and discusses the key contents of its planning by analyzing the social function of promoting public health and promoting the spread of culture. And from the site layout and facilities optimization, system size prediction, system function expansion and composition, cycling space planning and urban riding culture shaping five aspects of the corresponding strategies. In order to provide reference for the sustainable development of urban public bicycle system in China.
