【摘要】:本課題研究針對(duì)一種工業(yè)廢渣污染環(huán)境及二次利用附加成本高的現(xiàn)狀,提出通過一定的方法,以內(nèi)摻的方式作為改性劑改性瀝青,或者以外摻劑的形式加入瀝青混合料,將其應(yīng)用于道路瀝青路面中,在提高瀝青路面使用性能的同時(shí)解決工業(yè)廢渣的去處,達(dá)到變廢為寶、節(jié)能環(huán)保的目的,同時(shí)也對(duì)我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,緩解環(huán)境壓力起到實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)作用。 課題研究以工業(yè)廢渣在瀝青混合料中的適用性為主要研究?jī)?nèi)容。首先對(duì)工業(yè)廢渣改性瀝青的應(yīng)用方法進(jìn)行研究,,從改性機(jī)理、工業(yè)廢渣的基本技術(shù)性質(zhì)等方面著手,分析影響工業(yè)廢渣發(fā)揮改性作用的關(guān)鍵因素,并通過試驗(yàn)對(duì)工業(yè)廢渣改性工藝進(jìn)行研究,確定合理的改性工藝參數(shù)組合。繼而以擬定合理的改性工藝研究工業(yè)廢渣添加數(shù)量對(duì)改性效果的影響。 根據(jù)已有試驗(yàn)研究結(jié)果,分別以濕法、干法以及工業(yè)廢料為主材的添加劑外摻方式,利用工業(yè)廢渣進(jìn)行瀝青混合料路用性能試驗(yàn),分析不同方法及相關(guān)參數(shù)變化對(duì)混合料路用性能的影響。 研究結(jié)果表明:在一定摻量范圍,工業(yè)廢渣能起到瀝青改性劑的作用,能夠顯著改善瀝青的高溫性質(zhì),但同時(shí)降低了瀝青的低溫性質(zhì);以干法的方式外摻工業(yè)廢渣或者工業(yè)廢渣類添加劑,在一定摻量范圍能提高所制備瀝青混合料的高溫穩(wěn)定性及水穩(wěn)定性。本課題試驗(yàn)研究認(rèn)為,將工業(yè)廢渣應(yīng)用到瀝青路面具備可行性,能達(dá)到提高瀝青路面使用性能并解決工業(yè)廢渣的去處的目的,具有一定的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益,應(yīng)用前景廣闊。
[Abstract]:In view of the environmental pollution of industrial waste residue and the high cost of secondary utilization, the paper puts forward some methods, which can be used as modifier to modify asphalt. Or the form of external admixture added asphalt mixture, it is used in the road asphalt pavement, in order to improve the performance of asphalt pavement and solve the industrial waste residue, to achieve the purpose of turning waste into treasure and saving energy and environmental protection. At the same time, it also plays a practical guiding role in the sustainable development of our economy and the relief of environmental pressure. The main research content is the applicability of industrial waste slag in asphalt mixture. Firstly, the application method of industrial waste slag modified asphalt is studied from the modification mechanism. Based on the basic technical properties of industrial waste slag, the key factors influencing the modification of industrial waste slag are analyzed, and the modification process of industrial waste slag is studied through experiments. A reasonable combination of modification process parameters was determined, and then the effect of the amount of industrial waste slag on the modification effect was studied by formulating a reasonable modification process. According to the experimental results, the road performance test of asphalt mixture was carried out by using industrial waste residue as additives, which were made of wet process, dry process and industrial waste as main material respectively. The influence of different methods and related parameters on pavement performance of mixture is analyzed. The results show that the industrial waste slag can play the role of asphalt modifier in a certain amount range, and can improve the high temperature property of asphalt significantly, but reduce the low temperature property of asphalt at the same time. Adding industrial waste residue or industrial waste slag additives in dry way can improve the high temperature stability and water stability of the prepared asphalt mixture in a certain range. The application of industrial waste residue to asphalt pavement is feasible. It can improve the performance of asphalt pavement and solve the problem of industrial waste residue. It has certain economic and social benefits and has a broad application prospect.
