【摘要】:由于傳統(tǒng)的高速公路基層病害處理開挖施工難度大、工期長、成本高,對運營影響大且需臨時封道。因此,,對公路半剛性基層結(jié)構(gòu)病害采用非開挖式的方法,進行結(jié)構(gòu)補強加固研究很有必要。本文以深圳機場至荷坳高速公路的基層結(jié)構(gòu)加固補強項目為依托工程,利用工程調(diào)研、理論分析、先進檢測手段、現(xiàn)場試驗等多種方法,對高速公路半剛性基層瀝青路面淺層注漿補強加固技術(shù)展開研究,提出了適合基層病害的處理方案,主要研究成果如下: (1)通過分析半剛性基層的破壞機理,結(jié)合預防性養(yǎng)護的特性,提出在基層結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生損壞的正常使用階段后期,以地聚合物為淺層注漿材料,對基層病害進行補強加固。 (2)利用先進的探地雷達檢測儀器,配合工業(yè)內(nèi)窺鏡和傳統(tǒng)的病害檢測手段,形成合理的檢測路線,確定每一環(huán)節(jié)的檢測目的,使得檢測方法更具有針對性和閉合性。 (3)遵循現(xiàn)有設(shè)計規(guī)范的原則,提出了適應(yīng)淺層注漿的注漿設(shè)計與施工方案,并探索了動態(tài)彎沉質(zhì)量驗收評價指標。 (4)通過在機荷高速公路試驗段的處理效果的檢驗,總結(jié)了淺層注漿現(xiàn)場施工標準化流程要點,得到了淺層注漿配套的施工工藝,并驗證了淺層注漿的補強加固技術(shù)既大幅提高了基層結(jié)構(gòu)的承載力又經(jīng)濟實用。
[Abstract]:Because the traditional highway base course disease treatment excavation construction is difficult, the time limit is long, the cost is high, has the big influence to the operation and needs to seal the road temporarily, therefore, the highway semi-rigid base structure disease adopts the non-excavation method. It is necessary to study the reinforcement of the structure. This paper is based on the reinforcement project of the base structure from Shenzhen airport to Hehao au expressway, using engineering investigation, theoretical analysis and advanced testing means. Field test and other methods are carried out to study the reinforcement technology of shallow grouting of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement of expressway, and the treatment scheme suitable for base course disease is put forward. The main research results are as follows: 1) by analyzing the failure mechanism of semi-rigid base and combining the characteristics of preventive maintenance, it is put forward that the ground polymer is used as shallow grouting material in the later stage of normal service of base structure damage. Strengthen and reinforce the disease of base course. (2) using advanced ground penetrating radar detection instruments, with industrial endoscope and traditional disease detection means, to form a reasonable detection route and determine the detection purpose of each link. The detection method has more pertinence and closeness. In accordance with the principles of the existing design code, the design and construction scheme of grouting adapted to shallow grouting is put forward, and the evaluation index of dynamic deflection quality acceptance is explored. Through the test of the treatment effect in the test section of the machine load expressway, the main points of the standardization process of the field construction of shallow grouting are summarized, and the construction technology of the shallow grouting matching is obtained. It is verified that the strengthening and strengthening technology of shallow grouting not only improves the bearing capacity of the base structure but also is economical and practical.
