【摘要】:利用超高性能混凝土(UHPC)的優(yōu)越性能,提出了與之相適應(yīng)的新型箱梁結(jié)構(gòu),目的是利用材料的高強度及新結(jié)構(gòu)的輕型化,解決常規(guī)混凝土連續(xù)箱梁橋易開裂、下?lián)虾妥灾剡^大、跨徑難以突破300 m的難題。在原有工作的基礎(chǔ)上,對主跨400 m的UHPC連續(xù)箱梁橋進行了整體性能分析及優(yōu)化設(shè)計,優(yōu)化內(nèi)容包括橋梁邊跨長度、梁高、板厚等主要參數(shù),以得到其合適的取值范圍,根據(jù)優(yōu)化結(jié)果建議:邊跨與主跨跨徑比范圍為0.55~0.65;中支點梁高與主跨跨徑比范圍為1/20~1/25;跨中梁高與支點梁高比范圍為1/1.8~1/2.3。整體性能分析結(jié)果表明:運用UHPC及新結(jié)構(gòu),能輕松實現(xiàn)連續(xù)梁橋400 m跨徑的突破,并具有較大的整體剛度及安全儲備。綜合考慮長期社會經(jīng)濟效益,在主跨跨徑300~500 m范圍內(nèi),該新型結(jié)構(gòu)可與斜拉橋、懸索橋等其他橋型形成強有力的競爭選型方案。
[Abstract]:Based on the superior performance of UHPC, a new type of box girder structure is put forward, which aims to make use of the high strength of materials and the light weight of new structure. To solve the problem that the conventional concrete continuous box girder bridge is easy to crack, the deflection and self-weight is too large, and the span is difficult to break through 300m, on the basis of the original work. The overall performance analysis and optimization design of UHPC continuous box girder bridge with main span of 400m are carried out. The optimization contents include bridge side span length, beam height, plate thickness and other main parameters to get the appropriate value range. According to the result of optimization, it is suggested that the ratio of side span to main span is 0.55 ~ 0.65; The ratio of height to span of middle fulcrum beam is 1 / 20 / 1 / 25; The ratio of beam height to fulcrum beam height is 1 / 1 / 1 / 2. 3. The result of overall performance analysis shows that the breakthrough of 400m span of continuous beam bridge can be easily realized by using UHPC and new structure. It also has a large overall stiffness and safety reserve. Considering the long-term social and economic benefits, the new structure can be combined with the cable-stayed bridge within the main span of 300 ~ 500m. Suspension bridges and other bridges form a strong competitive selection scheme.
