【摘要】:本研究旨在探索一種簡便易行的方法,用于初步判斷漁船是否存在"大機小標"現(xiàn)象,且能提前判別新造船螺旋槳軸徑的選取是否私下改裝從而增加主機功率的可能性。通過研究典型主機改裝前后的標定功率、轉(zhuǎn)速和規(guī)范對螺旋槳軸徑要求的最小值之間的關(guān)系,以及螺旋槳軸徑的實取裕量與軸系設(shè)計手冊推薦裕量之間的關(guān)系,得出軸徑的實際取值的合理性與"大機小標"之間存在一定關(guān)聯(lián)性,從而提出通過測量螺旋槳軸徑和實船額定轉(zhuǎn)速初步判斷"大機小標"的方法。對現(xiàn)存漁船可以先用此方法篩選,如有必要再進行實船的功率測量,可以大量節(jié)省檢驗成本。對于新造漁船,該方法可在審圖階段作為發(fā)現(xiàn)"大機小標"的重要判斷指標,控制螺旋槳軸徑裕量可以在一定程度上增加違法改裝成本,從而減少"大機小標"現(xiàn)象,規(guī)范漁機市場,進一步完善漁船規(guī)則規(guī)范,使得國家的雙控政策得以更好地實施。
[Abstract]:For the purpose of this study is to explore a simple, for preliminary judgment whether there is "big machine" phenomenon and can determine in advance of new fishing, shipbuilding propeller shaft diameter selection is modified to increase the likelihood of host private power. Through the study of typical power calibration before and after modification of the host, the relationship between the minimum speed and specification size requirements on the propeller shaft, and the relationship between the diameter of the propeller shaft from the recommended is the margin and the shafting design manual margin, there is a certain correlation between the actual values of the shaft diameter and the rationality of "big machine for small scale", and puts forward the preliminary judgment method of "big small machine" by measuring the propeller the ship shaft diameter and rated speed. This method can be used for screening of existing fishing vessels, ship power measurement and then if necessary, can save a lot of cost for the new test. This method can be used in fishing boats The map stage is found "an important index for judging the big machine for small standard, control the propeller shaft diameter margin can increase the cost of illegal modification to a certain extent, so as to reduce the" big small machine "phenomenon, regulate fishing machine market, to further improve the fishing rules, the double control policy of the country can be better implemented.
