【摘要】：黑棉土是一種廣泛分布于非洲東部的膨脹土，它吸水膨脹、失水收縮，，且反復(fù)運動，給公路建設(shè)項目的安全質(zhì)量帶來了極大的危害。本文以黑棉土作為研究對象，以埃塞俄比亞某高速公路為依托，通過項目在地質(zhì)調(diào)繪、地質(zhì)勘察、設(shè)計、施工控制過程中的具體工作，對黑棉土的分布、特性、成因和地基處理方案和施工處理工藝等進行了系統(tǒng)的研究，其成果已在工程中應(yīng)用，對于其他類似區(qū)域黑棉土地基處理也借鑒意義。本文的研究工作和成果如下： 1.通過黑棉土含水量、塑性指數(shù)、膨脹系數(shù)等試驗指標(biāo)的變化情況，分析判斷了黑棉土的特性、膨脹等級等，為處理黑棉土地基提供了理論依據(jù)。 2.分析研究區(qū)降雨及土壤入滲影響深度，判斷路基安全工作區(qū)范圍和黑棉土處理深度，為黑棉土地基處理提供設(shè)計依據(jù)。 3.通過對比國內(nèi)外膨脹土處理方案，并根據(jù)本項目的特點，提出適應(yīng)本項目，并滿足埃塞業(yè)主需求的路基處理方案。 4.在分析路段黑棉土特性基礎(chǔ)上，根據(jù)高速公技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求，進行了黑棉土路基處理設(shè)計，并提出了施工工藝流程和檢測標(biāo)準(zhǔn) 5.根據(jù)本項目沿線筑路材料的分布情況、材料特性，通過填料的物理力學(xué)指標(biāo)分析、滲透性試驗及試驗段鋪筑不同季節(jié)的對比狀況，提出了黑棉土地基處理回填材料的要求及注意事項。 6.根據(jù)試驗路段的不同季節(jié)病害狀況，提出了低填路基優(yōu)化方案。
[Abstract]:Black cotton soil is a kind of expansive soil which is widely distributed in the eastern part of Africa , it absorbs swelling , loses water and shrinks , and has brought great harm to the safety quality of highway construction project . 1 . Based on the change of moisture content , plasticity index and expansion coefficient of black cotton , the paper analyzes the characteristics and expansion grade of black cotton soil , and provides theoretical basis for treatment of black cotton land base . 2 . Analyze the influence depth of rainfall and soil infiltration in the research area , judge the area of subgrade safety work area and the treatment depth of black cotton soil , and provide design basis for the treatment of black cotton land base . 3 . By comparing the expansion soil treatment plan at home and abroad , and according to the characteristics of the project , this project is proposed and the subgrade treatment scheme for the requirements of Eplug owner is met . 4 . On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of black cotton soil of road section , according to the requirements of high speed public technical standard , the design of subgrade treatment for black cotton soil is carried out , and the construction process flow and detection standard are proposed . 5 . According to the distribution and material characteristics of road building materials along the line of the Project , the requirements and precautions of the black cotton land based treatment and backfilling materials are put forward by analyzing the physical and mechanical indexes of the packing , the permeability test and the comparison of different seasons in the test section . 6 . Based on the different seasonal diseases of the test section , a low - fill subgrade optimization scheme is proposed .
