【摘要】:目前貝雷梁配合大直徑鋼管柱和碗扣鋼管支架組成的組合支架在橋梁現(xiàn)澆施工中應用的越來越廣泛。但由于對組合支架現(xiàn)在施工過程的研究還不夠深入,尤其是類似于本文所研究的龍場渡槽高墩柱、大跨度、重荷載特點的一些工程,時常會產生工程質量問題和安全事故。為了確保施工安全以及工程質量,對組合支架現(xiàn)澆施工中各構件的受力和穩(wěn)定性進行研究很有必要。 論文開頭部分主要論述了支架的分類以及組合支架的組成構件和在工程中的應用。然后介紹了支架結構強度、剛度及穩(wěn)定的相關理論,,詳細闡述了有限元方法在支架穩(wěn)定性分析上的應用。 結合龍場渡槽實際工程概況,提出兩套組合支架方案,即拱架方案與平臺方案,并經過比選,最終確定平臺方案為最優(yōu)方案。利用MIDAS/Civil有限元分析軟件分別對平臺桁梁、臨時鋼管支墩建立有限元空間模型,把不同施工階段現(xiàn)澆拱圈箱梁荷載施加到組合支架上,驗算組合支架各構件在施工階段的受力情況。對臨時鋼管支墩進行特征值屈曲分析,得到特征值系數及對應的失穩(wěn)模態(tài)。最后計算得到貝雷梁的預拱度。 通過電算計算分析,本文所設計的組合支架不僅能很好的滿足本工程的安全施工需要和質量保證,在其他同類型橋梁建設中或者在梁橋箱梁現(xiàn)澆建設中,都能很好的保證施工質量,保障施工安全。
[Abstract]:At present, the combined support composed of large diameter steel tube column and bowl buckle steel pipe support is more and more widely used in the construction of bridge cast-in-place, but the research on the construction process of the composite support is not deep enough. In particular, similar to the Longchang aqueduct high pier column, long span, heavy load characteristics of some projects, often cause engineering quality problems and safety accidents, in order to ensure construction safety and engineering quality. It is necessary to study the force and stability of each component in the construction of composite support. At the beginning of the paper, the classification of the bracket, the components of the composite bracket and its application in engineering are discussed. Then, the related theories of strength, stiffness and stability of the support structure are introduced. The application of finite element method in stability analysis of support is described in detail. Combined with the actual engineering situation of Longchang Aqueduct, two sets of combined support schemes, namely, arch frame scheme and platform scheme, are put forward, and compared with each other. MIDAS/Civil finite element analysis software is used to establish the finite element space model of platform truss and temporary steel pipe pier. The load of cast-in-place arch ring box girder is applied to the composite support in different construction stages, and the stress of each component of the composite support in construction stage is checked. The eigenvalue buckling analysis of temporary steel pipe pier is carried out. The eigenvalue coefficients and the corresponding instability modes are obtained. Finally, the precamber of the Beere beam is calculated. Through computer calculation and analysis, the combined support designed in this paper can not only meet the safety construction needs and quality assurance of the project, but also be used in the construction of other similar bridges or cast-in-situ construction of box girder of girder bridge. Can very good guarantee construction quality, guarantee construction safety.
