【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)城鄉(xiāng)一體化進(jìn)程的不斷加快,科學(xué)合理的評(píng)判公路交通的現(xiàn)狀是否適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展是當(dāng)前交通部門亟待解決的問題,可以為科學(xué)規(guī)劃、合理建設(shè)公路提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。本文首先介紹了城鄉(xiāng)一體化的內(nèi)涵、演變、發(fā)展模式,由此確定我國(guó)大多數(shù)地區(qū)仍然處于城鄉(xiāng)一體化進(jìn)程中。然后引入“精明增長(zhǎng)”的理念,并分析了精明增長(zhǎng)對(duì)城鄉(xiāng)一體化發(fā)展的指導(dǎo)意義。在此基礎(chǔ)上,介紹了交通與城鄉(xiāng)一體化的相互關(guān)系。最后,在公路網(wǎng)適應(yīng)性內(nèi)涵的基礎(chǔ)上,闡述了城鄉(xiāng)一體化在宏觀和微觀上對(duì)區(qū)域公路網(wǎng)適應(yīng)性發(fā)展的要求:其宏觀適應(yīng)性是指公路交通與外部社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境的適應(yīng)性,其微觀適應(yīng)性是指公路交通的各項(xiàng)技術(shù)指標(biāo)與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展派生的交通需求相適應(yīng)。然后,闡述了公路網(wǎng)適應(yīng)性評(píng)價(jià)原理和方法。模糊評(píng)價(jià)的基本原理包括:綜合評(píng)價(jià)、模糊評(píng)價(jià)、隸屬度函數(shù)、權(quán)重的確定;谝陨显,選取了本文的評(píng)價(jià)方法:層次分析方法和模糊評(píng)價(jià)方法。最后,建立了模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型,并分析了模型應(yīng)用的步驟,為后文的實(shí)例分析奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。同時(shí),介紹了數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析法,主要采用C2R模型對(duì)長(zhǎng)沙市公路網(wǎng)一體化發(fā)展有效性進(jìn)行橫、縱評(píng)價(jià)。接著,建立公路網(wǎng)適應(yīng)性評(píng)價(jià)體系。根據(jù)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)選取的原則,結(jié)合長(zhǎng)沙市公路交通系統(tǒng)的具體情況,確定了對(duì)應(yīng)的公路網(wǎng)適應(yīng)性評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并針對(duì)具體的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了闡述和分析。最后,以長(zhǎng)沙市公路路網(wǎng)為研究對(duì)象,實(shí)例分析了城鄉(xiāng)一體化進(jìn)程中長(zhǎng)沙市公路網(wǎng)路網(wǎng)的適應(yīng)性情況,得出綜合評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:With the development of urban and rural integration process is accelerating in China, whether the status of scientific evaluation of highway traffic to meet the economic and social development is the urgent need to solve the current traffic department, can provide a scientific basis for scientific planning, reasonable construction of the highway. This paper first introduces the connotation of the integration of urban and rural development, development mode, so as to determine the most parts of me China is still in the process of urban-rural integration. Then introduce the concept of "smart growth", and analyzes the smart growth development of urban and rural integration significance. On this basis, this paper introduces the relationship of integration of traffic and urban and rural areas. Finally, based on the highway network adaptability connotation, elaborated the integration of urban and rural areas in macro and micro on the regional highway network adaptability to the requirements of the development of the macro adaptability refers to road traffic and external social and economic environment adaptability, the Micro adaptability refers to economic development and derived the technical indicators of highway traffic traffic needs. Then, expounds the principle and method of evaluating the adaptability of highway network. Including the basic principle of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, comprehensive evaluation, fuzzy evaluation, membership function, weights are given. Based on the above principle, the evaluation method of this article: AHP method and fuzzy evaluation method. Finally, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was established, and the analysis of the application of the model steps, laid the theoretical foundation for the case analysis. At the same time, introduces data envelopment analysis, mainly uses the C2R model to Changsha horizontal, highway network integration development effectiveness of longitudinal evaluation. Then, the establishment of highway network adaptability evaluation system. According to the principle of evaluation index selection, combined with the specific situation of highway traffic system Changsha City, determined to adapt to the corresponding road network The index system of sexual evaluation is elaborated and analyzed according to the specific evaluation index. Finally, taking the highway network of Changsha as the research object, the adaptability of Changsha road network in the process of urban-rural integration is analyzed, and the comprehensive evaluation conclusion is drawn.
