【摘要】：隨著我國對舊水泥路面進行大量的修復整治。在眾多的維修措施中，通過對舊水泥混凝土路面加鋪瀝青面層進行改造，能迅速恢復水泥路面的通行能力，充分利用舊混凝土面板的剩余壽命且經濟效益較好而廣泛采用。但是，由于舊路面病害的普遍存在，瀝青加鋪層在使用過程中，不可避免地出現(xiàn)車轍、反射裂縫等病害。為了延長加鋪層的使用壽命，，瀝青加鋪層預防性養(yǎng)護顯得尤為重要。 本文在研究瀝青加鋪層典型病害形成機理的基礎上，結合廣西地區(qū)實體工程，深入調研典型路段瀝青加鋪層的使用狀態(tài)，并對其病害進行分類總結；運用集對理論評價瀝青加鋪層的使用狀況，構建適合于加鋪層使用狀況的評價模型；采用不同材料組成的瀝青混合料和加鋪結構，進行瀝青加鋪層復合板浸水車轍模擬試驗，檢驗應用于長大縱坡、彎道等特殊路段的瀝青加鋪層高溫穩(wěn)定性，為其特殊路段的瀝青加鋪設計提供參考；提出高速公路舊水泥混凝土路面瀝青加鋪層病害處治及預防性養(yǎng)護技術。研究成果對于提高水泥混凝土路面瀝青加鋪結構的耐久性，延長瀝青加鋪層使用壽命，降低養(yǎng)護成本，改善水泥路面瀝青加鋪層的服務質量具有一定的現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:In many maintenance measures, the capacity of the old cement pavement can be quickly restored through the retrofitting of the asphalt surface of the old cement concrete pavement. The residual life of the old concrete slab is fully utilized and the economic benefits are good and widely used. However, due to the widespread disease of the old pavement, rutting is inevitable in the use of asphalt overlay. In order to prolong the service life of overlay, preventive maintenance of asphalt overlay is particularly important. On the basis of studying the formation mechanism of typical diseases of asphalt overlay and combining with the entity engineering in Guangxi region, this paper investigates deeply the use state of asphalt overlay on typical road sections, and classifies and summarizes its diseases. Set pair theory is used to evaluate the use of asphalt overlay, and an evaluation model suitable for the use of overlay is constructed. Asphalt mixture and overlay structure with different materials are used to test the high temperature stability of asphalt overlay in special sections such as long longitudinal slope and curved road. It provides reference for asphalt overlay design of its special section. This paper puts forward the treatment and preventive maintenance technology of asphalt overlay on old cement concrete pavement of expressway. The research results can improve the durability of asphalt overlay structure of cement concrete pavement and prolong the service life of asphalt overlay. It is of practical significance to reduce the maintenance cost and improve the service quality of asphalt overlay on cement pavement.
