【摘要】:摘要:鋼-混凝土組合桁架結(jié)構(gòu)以其優(yōu)越的力學(xué)性能被廣泛應(yīng)用于建筑橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)中。外接式組合桁架結(jié)構(gòu)節(jié)點(diǎn)具有自重輕、剛度大、整體性能優(yōu)越等特點(diǎn)。但在外荷載作用下,節(jié)點(diǎn)由于局部變形,引起節(jié)點(diǎn)轉(zhuǎn)動,這種不同于剛接和鉸接的轉(zhuǎn)動特性對桁架結(jié)構(gòu)受力、變形都有顯著影響,但是國內(nèi)外對此研究較少。 本文基于已有模型試驗(yàn),通過有限元分析,研究外接式組合桁架節(jié)點(diǎn)的轉(zhuǎn)動剛度,主要研究成果如下: (1)建立了外接式組合桁架節(jié)點(diǎn)有限元分析模型,并與已有的試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行對比,驗(yàn)證了分析模型的正確性。 (2)以節(jié)點(diǎn)組成各構(gòu)件為獨(dú)立分析對象,分析了節(jié)點(diǎn)在平面內(nèi)彎矩作用下構(gòu)件的應(yīng)力分布規(guī)律,重點(diǎn)分析了節(jié)點(diǎn)板和腹桿對節(jié)點(diǎn)轉(zhuǎn)動剛度的影響。 (3)通過對節(jié)點(diǎn)的參數(shù)分析,認(rèn)為腹桿寬厚比、弦桿與腹桿夾角、腹桿高寬比和節(jié)點(diǎn)板厚度對節(jié)點(diǎn)轉(zhuǎn)動剛度有明顯影響。得到了節(jié)點(diǎn)轉(zhuǎn)動剛度的線性回歸公式,并給出了公式的適用范圍。 (4)建立了考慮初始轉(zhuǎn)動剛度影響的鋼-混凝土組合桁架梁橋有限元模型。分析了初始轉(zhuǎn)動剛度對次應(yīng)力、內(nèi)力和變形的影響。
[Abstract]:Abstract: steel-concrete composite truss structure is widely used in building bridge structure for its superior mechanical properties. The joints of external composite truss structure have light weight and large stiffness. The overall performance is superior, but under the external load, the joint rotates because of the local deformation, which is different from the rigid and hinged rotation characteristics of the truss structure has a significant impact on the force and deformation. However, there is little research on this at home and abroad. Based on the existing model tests and finite element analysis, the rotational stiffness of external composite truss joints is studied in this paper. The main results are as follows: 1) the finite element analysis model of external composite truss joints is established, and the correctness of the analysis model is verified by comparing the results with the existing test results. In this paper, the stress distribution of the joints under the action of in-plane bending moment is analyzed, and the effects of the joint plate and web bar on the rotational stiffness of the joints are analyzed. Through the analysis of the parameters of the joint, it is considered that the ratio of width to thickness of the web bar and the angle between the chord and the web rod. The ratio of web height to width and the thickness of the joint plate have obvious effects on the rotational stiffness of the joint. The linear regression formula of the rotational stiffness of the joint is obtained and the applicable range of the formula is given. The finite element model of steel-concrete composite truss girder bridge considering the effect of initial rotational stiffness is established, and the influence of initial rotational stiffness on secondary stress, internal force and deformation is analyzed.
