基于車聯(lián)網(wǎng)的高速公路交通信息平臺設(shè)計(jì)與關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:目前,我國高速公路的管理明顯滯后于高速公路的建設(shè),造成了高速公路速度并不高的現(xiàn)狀,而且這已經(jīng)成為很多道路使用者的共同感受;交通事故時(shí)有發(fā)生,造成巨大的生命財(cái)產(chǎn)損失。這些問題的嚴(yán)重性已經(jīng)逐漸在我國高速公路的建設(shè)和管理過程中凸顯出來,政府管理者則通過建設(shè)高速公路信息化工程來解決這些問題。高速公路在交通運(yùn)輸中發(fā)揮著舉足輕重的作用,然而在高速公路智能化信息平臺建設(shè)方面卻存在缺乏整體設(shè)計(jì)意識、系統(tǒng)間不能共享資源等嚴(yán)重問題,基于此,開展高速公路智能化信息平臺的設(shè)計(jì)和總體規(guī)劃研究變得非常具有價(jià)值。 因此,論文首先介紹了當(dāng)前國內(nèi)外高速公路信息平臺及相關(guān)核心技術(shù)的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀及趨勢,其中支撐平臺的核心技術(shù)包括多源信息感知和運(yùn)行狀態(tài)監(jiān)測,從而提出當(dāng)前平臺存在的問題,進(jìn)而提出了研究的意義與目的;并在其基礎(chǔ)上從發(fā)揮平臺整體效益出發(fā),,采用自上而下與自下而上相結(jié)合的方式對信息平臺進(jìn)行體系架構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì),包括邏輯框架與物理框架。 通過深入分析基于車聯(lián)網(wǎng)的高速公路交通信息平臺關(guān)鍵技術(shù),著重研究基于車聯(lián)網(wǎng)的高速公路實(shí)時(shí)感知技術(shù),同時(shí)構(gòu)建基于車聯(lián)網(wǎng)和ID3的交通狀態(tài)判別算法;最后以德州的特大交通事故為例,結(jié)合車載智能手機(jī)導(dǎo)航系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)對地圖匹配算法和交通狀態(tài)判別算法的驗(yàn)證。從而有效解決我國智能交通建設(shè)中存在的諸多問題,為未來高速公路智能化建設(shè)提供有價(jià)值的參考。
[Abstract]:At present, the management of expressway in our country obviously lags behind the construction of expressway, resulting in the current situation that the speed of expressway is not high, and this has become the common feeling of many road users. Traffic accidents occur from time to time, resulting in huge loss of life and property. The seriousness of these problems has been gradually highlighted in the process of highway construction and management in China. The government managers solve these problems through the construction of highway information engineering. Expressway plays an important role in transportation. However, there are some serious problems in the construction of highway intelligent information platform, such as the lack of overall design consciousness and the inability to share resources among systems. It is very valuable to develop the design and overall planning of highway intelligent information platform. Therefore, the paper first introduces the current situation and trend of application of expressway information platform and related core technologies at home and abroad, among which the core technologies of supporting platform include multi-source information perception and operation state monitoring. The problems existing in the platform are put forward, and the significance and purpose of the research are put forward. On the basis of it, the paper designs the information platform architecture, including logical framework and physical framework, by combining top-down and bottom-up methods to give full play to the overall benefits of the platform. Through in-depth analysis of the key technologies of freeway traffic information platform based on vehicular networking, this paper focuses on the real-time sensing technology of freeway based on vehicular networking. At the same time, the traffic condition discrimination algorithm based on vehicle networking and ID3 is constructed. Finally, take the Texas traffic accident as an example, combined with the car smart phone navigation system. The algorithm of map matching and traffic state identification can be verified, which can effectively solve the problems existing in the construction of intelligent transportation in China, and provide valuable reference for the intelligent construction of expressway in the future.
