【摘要】:隨著我國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的普及,,帶動(dòng)電子商務(wù)的快速發(fā)展。物流配送是實(shí)現(xiàn)電子商務(wù)的一個(gè)重要環(huán)節(jié),但物流配送成本較高、物流配送服務(wù)質(zhì)量水平較低、物流配送效率偏低等因素制約著電子商務(wù)物流的快速發(fā)展。配送是貨物從配送中心到達(dá)收貨人的過程,是物流系統(tǒng)中一個(gè)直接與消費(fèi)者相連的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。配送的核心是配送車輛,在貨物的集貨、配送及送貨過程中有著重要的影響作用。物流配送系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化主要是進(jìn)行配送車輛的合理調(diào)度,優(yōu)化配送路徑以降低物流企業(yè)的成本提高企業(yè)的效率。要實(shí)現(xiàn)高效、低配送成本和優(yōu)質(zhì)的物流配送服務(wù)需要高速化和智能化地處理物流配送信息,因此,建立可靠而高效的物流配送智能決策支持系統(tǒng)是電子商務(wù)中實(shí)現(xiàn)簡化業(yè)務(wù)流程、降低企業(yè)運(yùn)作成本、增強(qiáng)企業(yè)市場競爭力的有力保障。 在物流配送活動(dòng)中,配送車輛調(diào)度的靈活性、車輛定位跟蹤的實(shí)時(shí)性、配送線路安排的合理性關(guān)系到一個(gè)物流配送系統(tǒng)的實(shí)用性和經(jīng)濟(jì)性。基于此背景,本文對(duì)物流配送智能調(diào)度優(yōu)化決策支持系統(tǒng)展開研究,文章首先闡述了物流配送智能調(diào)度優(yōu)化決策支持系統(tǒng)的研究背景及意義和物流配送系統(tǒng)及車輛路徑優(yōu)化問題國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀。通過對(duì)物流配送系統(tǒng)的業(yè)務(wù)流程、配送調(diào)度作業(yè)流程及配送任務(wù)調(diào)度業(yè)務(wù)流程等流程分析提出系統(tǒng)的功能需求和性能需求;應(yīng)用智能決策支持系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)原理,提出了配送智能調(diào)度優(yōu)化決策支持系統(tǒng)的總體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和功能模塊;建立了車輛的優(yōu)化路徑模型,并用最短路徑算法對(duì)模型進(jìn)行優(yōu)化求解。最后通過GIS、GPS、GSM等技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)了物流配送智能調(diào)度優(yōu)化系統(tǒng)的基本信息管理、定位跟蹤、線路優(yōu)化、配送調(diào)度等主要功能。本文研究的目的是希望通過對(duì)物流配送智能調(diào)度優(yōu)化決策支持系統(tǒng)的研究和設(shè)計(jì)降低連鎖經(jīng)營企業(yè)在物流配送中的成本,提高企業(yè)配送的效率進(jìn)而提升用戶滿意度水平,從而增強(qiáng)企業(yè)的競爭優(yōu)勢(shì),提高企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
[Abstract]:With the popularity of the Internet in China, driven by the rapid development of electronic commerce. Logistics distribution is an important link in e-commerce, but the high cost of logistics and distribution, logistics service quality level is low, the low efficiency of logistics distribution and other factors restricting the rapid development of e-commerce logistics distribution is the distribution center. From reaching the consignee a process is directly connected with consumers the key link in the logistics system. Logistics is the core of the delivery vehicle, in the goods in stock, which plays an important role in the distribution and delivery process. The optimization of logistics distribution system is reasonable scheduling of vehicle routing optimization, in order to reduce the cost of logistics enterprises to improve the efficiency of the enterprise. In order to achieve high efficiency, low cost and high quality delivery logistics service needs high-speed and intelligent processing of logistics information, therefore, the establishment of Reliable and efficient logistics distribution intelligent decision support system is a powerful guarantee to simplify business processes, reduce operation costs and enhance market competitiveness in e-commerce.
In the logistics and distribution activities, distribution vehicle scheduling flexibility, real-time vehicle positioning and tracking, distribution line arrangement is related to the rationality of practicality and economy of a logistics distribution system. Based on this background, this paper on Logistics Intelligent Dispatching Optimization Decision Support System Research, this paper expounds the logistics intelligent dispatching optimization decision support system research background and significance of domestic and international research status quo and problems of logistics distribution system optimization and vehicle routing. The logistics distribution system of business process, delivery scheduling process and distribution scheduling business process flow analysis of functional requirements and performance requirements of the system; the structure principle application of intelligent decision support system is proposed. The overall structure and function of the distribution of intelligent scheduling optimization module of decision support system; establish optimal road vehicles Path model, and use the shortest path algorithm to solve the model. Finally, through GIS, GPS, GSM technology, to achieve the basic information management, intelligent logistics scheduling optimization system tracking, route optimization, the main function of distribution. The purpose of this study is through the research and design of intelligent logistics distribution scheduling optimization decision support system to reduce the chain enterprises in the logistics and distribution costs, improve the efficiency of enterprise distribution and enhance customer satisfaction, thereby enhancing the competitive advantage of enterprises, improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.
