【摘要】:隨著國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)的蓬勃發(fā)展,汽車行業(yè)的興起,私有轎車更加普及化。然而由于土地資源的緊缺,城市交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)的滯后,交通擁堵、停車難等所引發(fā)的一系列社會(huì)問題亦成為制約城市發(fā)展的不利因素。由此立體停車庫運(yùn)用而生,并憑借其占地面積小,庫容量大,自動(dòng)化程度高等多方面的優(yōu)點(diǎn)得到了迅速發(fā)展。本文在北京鑫華源機(jī)械制造有限責(zé)任公司實(shí)習(xí)和調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,以河北高碑店項(xiàng)目所設(shè)計(jì)的三層十六車位升降橫移式立體車庫為研究對(duì)象。文章闡述了國內(nèi)外立體車庫近年來的發(fā)展、類型及其特點(diǎn);诟怕式y(tǒng)計(jì)原理,對(duì)調(diào)研搜集的400種轎車長(zhǎng)、寬、高及載荷參數(shù)進(jìn)行了分析,所得車輛參數(shù)為立體車庫結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)的設(shè)計(jì)提供了依據(jù)。針對(duì)升降橫移式立體車庫主體結(jié)構(gòu)及工作原理進(jìn)行了概述,對(duì)其鋼結(jié)構(gòu)骨架主要構(gòu)件進(jìn)行了受力分析、穩(wěn)定性校核,并利用ANSYS進(jìn)行了有限元分析。在保證鋼結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度、剛度性的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了合理優(yōu)化,可節(jié)省25.05%鋼結(jié)構(gòu),從而降低了立體車庫的制造成本,避免過多的浪費(fèi)。立體停車庫較好的緩解了停車難的問題,但同時(shí)又不得不面對(duì)長(zhǎng)時(shí)間存取車等待問題。為提高立體車庫的存取效率,減少存取時(shí)間,降低顧客等待幾率,以排隊(duì)論理論為基礎(chǔ),建立了以平均存取時(shí)間為目標(biāo)函數(shù)存車優(yōu)先、取車優(yōu)先、原地待命、交叉存取四種調(diào)度策略下的數(shù)學(xué)模型。通過對(duì)實(shí)例四種不同策略下排隊(duì)模型所得主要參數(shù)指標(biāo)對(duì)比分析,得到排隊(duì)系統(tǒng)最優(yōu)調(diào)度策略。
[Abstract]:With the vigorous development of the domestic economy, the rise of the automobile industry, the private car is more popular. However, due to the shortage of land resources, city infrastructure construction lag, traffic congestion, a series of social problems caused by parking has become unfavorable factors restricting the development of the city. The parking and use of health, and with its small footprint, large storage capacity, has the advantages of high degree of automation in many aspects has been developing rapidly. This paper internship in Beijing xinhuayuan Machinery Manufacturing Co Ltd and research, Hebei Gaobeidian project three sixteen parking spaces in the up-down and translation stereo garage as the research object. The article elaborated the domestic and foreign in recent years, the development of three-dimensional garage, the types and characteristics of probability and statistics. Based on the principle of 400 kinds of car research to collect the long, wide, and high load parameters were analyzed, the Provide the basis for the design of vehicle parameters for stereo garage structure parameters. The up-down and translation stereo garage the main structure and working principle are introduced, the main component of the steel structure framework for stress analysis, stability checking, and finite element analysis using ANSYS. In ensuring the strength of steel structure, foundation stiffness on the reasonable optimization of steel structure system, can save 25.05% of the steel structure, thereby reducing the manufacturing cost of stereo garage, to avoid excessive waste. Parking solve the parking problem, but also have to face a long time to access the car waiting for problem. In order to improve the access efficiency of stereo garage the reduced access time, reduce customer waiting probability, based on queuing theory, established by the average access time as the objective function for car parking priority, priority, on standby, cross access four The mathematical model of the scheduling strategy is analyzed. Through the comparative analysis of the main parameters of the queuing model under four different strategies, the optimal scheduling policy of the queuing system is obtained.
