【摘要】:隨著我國城市經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展和城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的加快,城市道路網(wǎng)的供給壓力越來越大,交通安全問題日益突出。作為城市道路基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的重要組成成分,城市快速路具有運(yùn)行速度快,服務(wù)交通量和通行能力大等特點(diǎn),承擔(dān)著城市內(nèi)部區(qū)域之間的過境交通功能。然而,快速路突發(fā)交通事故會(huì)引起其通行能力下降、延誤增加,,影響區(qū)域路網(wǎng)的交通運(yùn)行環(huán)境與安全。為了緩解由交通事故引起的交通擁堵、提高交通事故下救援效率和交通組織效率,保障局部區(qū)域路網(wǎng)安全、有序的運(yùn)行,定量分析和研究交通事故下城市快速路通行能力及其改善措施具有重要的意義。 因此,本文首先根據(jù)我國道路交通事故統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)城市道路交通事故特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行歸納、總結(jié)和概括,并根據(jù)交通事故下駕駛員駕駛行為和道路運(yùn)行環(huán)境的改變對(duì)城市快速路特性及其交通特性進(jìn)行分析,同時(shí)考慮事故發(fā)生的階段,結(jié)合擁擠持續(xù)時(shí)間組成分析,對(duì)城市快速路通行能力演變特性及其交通擁擠形成過程進(jìn)行研究,為后續(xù)的模型構(gòu)建提供理論支撐。 其次,通過對(duì)交通事故下城市快速路通行能力影響因素分析,根據(jù)正常條件下通行能力的計(jì)算公式,提出仿真分析法和修正系數(shù)分析法相結(jié)合的交通事故下城市快速路通行能力計(jì)算模型,并基于元胞自動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)建車流模型和設(shè)置換道規(guī)則,運(yùn)用MATLAB編程軟件作為仿真平臺(tái),通過不斷調(diào)整參數(shù)對(duì)各影響因素的修正系數(shù)進(jìn)行仿真分析,進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)交通事故下城市快速路通行能力的定量計(jì)算,為城市交通管理部門采取及時(shí)有效的管控策略提供了數(shù)據(jù)支持。 最后,根據(jù)交通事故下城市快速路通行能力的計(jì)算結(jié)果,提出了交通改善措施,包括交通控制、誘導(dǎo)與速度限制,并運(yùn)用MATLAB編程軟件對(duì)交通改善措施效果進(jìn)行分析與對(duì)比。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of urban economy and the acceleration of urbanization, the supply pressure of urban road network is increasing, and the traffic safety problem is becoming more and more prominent, which is an important component of urban road infrastructure. Urban expressway has the characteristics of fast running, large traffic volume and large capacity, and bears the function of transit traffic between the inner areas of the city. However, the sudden traffic accidents of the expressway will lead to the decline of its traffic capacity. In order to alleviate the traffic congestion caused by traffic accidents, improve the efficiency of rescue and traffic organization in traffic accidents, and ensure the safety of local regional road network. It is of great significance to analyze quantitatively and study the capacity of urban expressway under traffic accidents and its improvement measures. Therefore, according to the statistical data of road traffic accidents in China, this paper summarizes, summarizes and generalizes the characteristics of urban road traffic accidents. The characteristics of urban expressway and its traffic characteristics are analyzed according to the driver's driving behavior and the change of road running environment under the traffic accident. At the same time, considering the stage of the accident, the composition of congestion duration is analyzed. The evolvement characteristics of urban expressway capacity and the formation process of traffic congestion are studied in order to provide theoretical support for the subsequent model construction. Secondly, through the analysis of the influence factors of the urban expressway capacity under the traffic accident, according to the normal conditions of capacity calculation formula. This paper presents a model for calculating the capacity of urban expressway under traffic accidents, which combines the simulation analysis method with the modified coefficient analysis method, and builds the traffic flow model and sets the changing rules based on cellular automata. The MATLAB programming software is used as the simulation platform, through constantly adjusting the parameters to carry on the simulation analysis to each influence factor's correction coefficient, and then realizes the quantitative calculation of the urban expressway capacity under the traffic accident. It provides data support for urban traffic management department to adopt timely and effective control strategy. Finally, according to the calculation results of urban expressway capacity under traffic accidents, traffic improvement measures, including traffic control, guidance and speed limit, are put forward. The effect of traffic improvement measures is analyzed and compared with MATLAB programming software.
