【摘要】:以港口鐵礦石火車裝車系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用為課題依據(jù),研究鐵礦石取裝過程中出現(xiàn)的主要問題,通過對實際問題的分析總結(jié),對裝車系統(tǒng)的部分設(shè)備進行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計改造,從而增強裝車系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性,提高整個裝車系統(tǒng)的工作效率,以適應(yīng)港口對鐵路疏港的高標準高要求。 港口火車裝車系統(tǒng)主要包括堆取料機、皮帶機、火車裝車站三個部分,首先對這三個部分的結(jié)構(gòu)及工作原理進行分析,這些工作為裝車系統(tǒng)的改造奠定了基礎(chǔ)。 通過對火車裝車系統(tǒng)實際運行狀況的分析總結(jié),發(fā)現(xiàn)這套系統(tǒng)在應(yīng)用于取裝鐵礦石時存在著很多問題,包括設(shè)備抗鐵礦石沖擊性能比較差、皮帶易跑偏且調(diào)偏比較困難、鐵礦石對設(shè)備磨損較大導(dǎo)致設(shè)備壽命較短、特殊貨種對設(shè)備影響較大、部分設(shè)備設(shè)計存在缺陷需改進等主要問題,通過對這些問題的研究,分別對火車裝車系統(tǒng)的三大組成部分做了設(shè)計改造,使平均裝車時間壓縮到最短,這樣就能夠提高火車疏港能力,滿足更多客戶的需要。 裝車系統(tǒng)經(jīng)過升級改造后能夠更好的滿足不同種類鐵礦石的裝車要求,大幅降低了設(shè)備故障率,減少了設(shè)備維護時間及維護成本,并且為公司贏得了更多的客戶,不但使火車疏港量不斷增加而且更重要的是使公司卸船量能夠穩(wěn)步提升,為公司效益的穩(wěn)步增長奠定了良好的基礎(chǔ)。還有火車疏港與汽車疏港相比是比較環(huán)保的,火車疏港量的增加導(dǎo)致了汽車疏港量的減少,,所以火車裝車系統(tǒng)的改造在安全環(huán)保方面具有社會意義。
[Abstract]:The application of iron ore train loading system of port as research basis, research on iron ore take the main problems in the process of mounting, through the analysis of the practical problems are summarized, the optimization design to transform part of the equipment loading system, thereby enhancing the stability of loading system, improve the working efficiency of the loading system, in order to adapt to the high port the standard of railway port high requirements.
The port train loading system mainly includes three parts: stacker reclaimer, belt conveyor and train loading station. First of all, the structure and working principle of the three parts are analyzed, which lays the foundation for the transformation of the loading system.
Through the analysis of the actual operation situation of train loading system summary, found that this system has a lot of problems in the application in the device of iron ore, iron ore equipment including anti shock performance is poor, easy to adjust belt deviation and difficult to wear large iron ore equipment caused by the equipment life is short, a special kind of goods the equipment has great influence, there are some equipment design defects of major problems to be improved, through the study of these issues were on the train loading system composed of three parts to do the design transformation, the average loading time to a minimum, so it can improve the ability of the train, to meet the needs of more customers.
After upgrading the loading system can better meet the needs of different types of iron ore loading requirements, greatly reduce the failure rate of equipment, reduce equipment maintenance time and maintenance cost, and to win more customers for the company, not only the train port increased and the more important is the company ship unloading quantity can increase steadily, lay a good foundation for the steady growth of the company benefit. Compared with the car and train port port is more environmentally friendly, increase the amount of train port leads to a decrease in the amount of the car, so the transformation of train loading system has social significance in safety and environmental protection.
