【摘要】:為了研究駕駛員停車尋位行為的一般規(guī)律,選取了北京市西城區(qū)18個公共停車場,對其使用者進行了抽樣調查。利用調查數(shù)據(jù),對影響停車尋位時間的各因素進行了分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)停車時長、停車場類型、有無引導和停車場擁擠情況對尋位選擇行為影響顯著。確定了影響停車尋位時間的特性變量,建立了停車尋位時間多項Logit模型,并對模型進行了標定與有效性驗證。結果表明:所建模型可行且具有較高的預測精度和實用性;停車位緊張時使用者傾向迅速尋找到車位停車;停車位充裕時使用者愿意花費更多的時間尋找滿意的車位,并且停車尋位的時間與停車時長成正比。
[Abstract]:In order to study the general law of drivers' parking and locating behavior, 18 public parking lots in Xicheng District of Beijing were selected and their users were sampled. This paper analyzes the factors that affect the time of parking location, and finds out the length of parking time and the type of parking lot. Whether there is a guide or not and whether the parking lot is crowded has a significant effect on the location finding behavior. The characteristic variables that affect the parking location time are determined and a multi-item Logit model of the parking location time is established. The model is calibrated and validated. The results show that the model is feasible and has high prediction accuracy and practicability. When parking space is tight, users tend to find parking space quickly; When parking space is abundant, users are willing to spend more time looking for satisfactory parking space, and the time of parking location is proportional to the growth of parking time.
