【摘要】:伴隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的蓬勃發(fā)展,工程建設(shè)的飛速增長(zhǎng),樁基在高層建筑,橋梁工程中的應(yīng)用是越來(lái)越廣泛,在基礎(chǔ)處理中占了相當(dāng)大的比例,其中承載力高、造價(jià)成本低、施工簡(jiǎn)單快捷的鉆孔灌注樁被越來(lái)越多的工程所應(yīng)用。 與此同時(shí),鉆孔灌注樁在工程中的大批應(yīng)用也表現(xiàn)出許多不足,由于其為隱蔽工程,很難直接確定樁基礎(chǔ)的工程質(zhì)量,一旦出現(xiàn)質(zhì)量問(wèn)題,將會(huì)嚴(yán)重影響上部結(jié)構(gòu)的安全。因此在樁基的施工過(guò)程中我們必須嚴(yán)格控制質(zhì)量。 但目前由于施工單位殘次不齊的素質(zhì),,導(dǎo)致相應(yīng)的控制措施不是很好,容易造成樁基質(zhì)量的不穩(wěn)定,這樣對(duì)工程質(zhì)量造成很大的影響,還會(huì)增大投資,嚴(yán)重的,甚至?xí){國(guó)家和人民的生命財(cái)產(chǎn)安全。 本論文根據(jù)鉆孔灌注樁的施工特點(diǎn),查閱大量相應(yīng)的資料,首先提出了工程質(zhì)量控制的理論知識(shí),并論述了工程質(zhì)量控制的原則和內(nèi)容。隨后對(duì)鉆孔灌注樁的施工工藝、影響因素、缺陷問(wèn)題以及鉆孔灌注樁施工過(guò)程質(zhì)量控制等方面進(jìn)行分析和論述,找出影響鉆孔灌注樁質(zhì)量控制的主要原因和影響因素。通過(guò)對(duì)控制圖法、因果分析法、層次分析法、模糊評(píng)價(jià)法進(jìn)行分析比較,引出可拓綜合評(píng)價(jià)法。可拓綜合評(píng)價(jià)法是可拓學(xué)理論的實(shí)際應(yīng)用形式之一,可將定性進(jìn)行量化,進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)。本論文通過(guò)對(duì)鉆孔灌注樁施工工藝及影響因素分析,并結(jié)合國(guó)家相關(guān)規(guī)范標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和質(zhì)量控制的相關(guān)內(nèi)容和要求,最終確定19個(gè)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)。構(gòu)造可拓綜合評(píng)價(jià)法的數(shù)學(xué)模型,以鄭徐客專徐州特大橋715#-7#的施工情況為實(shí)例,對(duì)該樁基的質(zhì)量控制進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。隨后又選擇了2處不同的樁基參數(shù)并對(duì)其質(zhì)量控制進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)。最終針對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果,提出了該樁基質(zhì)量控制的相關(guān)措施。 可拓綜合評(píng)價(jià)法已被較多地應(yīng)用于各項(xiàng)質(zhì)量工程的評(píng)價(jià)中,同樣也可以應(yīng)用到鉆孔灌注樁質(zhì)量控制中。它彌補(bǔ)了僅通過(guò)樁基檢測(cè)來(lái)評(píng)價(jià)樁基質(zhì)量的不足,將影響樁基質(zhì)量控制的主要因素進(jìn)行量化處理,并建立數(shù)學(xué)模型,具有較強(qiáng)的實(shí)際應(yīng)用意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the rapid growth of engineering construction, pile foundation in high-rise building application in bridge engineering is more and more widely, in the foundation process accounted for a large proportion, which has high bearing capacity, low cost, simple and quick construction of bored piles are more and more engineering application.
At the same time, a large number of bored pile in engineering application also showed many shortcomings, because of the hidden works, it is difficult to directly determine the pile foundation engineering quality, if quality problems arise, it will seriously affect the safety of the upper structure. So we must strictly control the quality in the construction process of pile foundation.
But because of the current construction units defective uneven quality, leading to the corresponding control measures is not very good, easy to cause the quality of pile foundation is not stable, it has great impact on the quality of the project, will increase investment, serious, or even a threat to the country and people's life and property safety.
This paper is based on the construction features of bored pile, access to a large number of relevant data, first put forward the theory of knowledge engineering, quality control, and discusses the principle and content of the project quality control. Then the construction process of bored pile, influencing factors, problems and defects of bored pile construction process quality control and analysis discussion, find out the main factors cause quality control of bored pile effect and influence. Based on the control chart method, causal analysis, AHP, fuzzy evaluation method of comparative analysis, leads to the extension comprehensive evaluation method. Comprehensive evaluation method is one of the practical application form of extenics theory, it can be used quantitative and comprehensive evaluation. Through the analysis of the factors of the construction technology and effect of bored pile, and combined with the relevant national standards and norms related content and quality control requirements Finally, to determine the 19 evaluation indexes. The construction of mathematical model of extension comprehensive evaluation method, to the construction of Zheng Xu passenger dedicated Xuzhou bridge 715#-7# as an example, to evaluate the quality of the pile foundation. The control then chose 2 different pile parameters and comprehensive evaluation of the quality control for the final. The evaluation results, put forward relevant measures to control the quality of the pile foundation.
Comprehensive evaluation method has been widely used in the evaluation of the quality of the project, can also be applied to the quality control of bored pile. It overcomes the shortcoming of only through pile testing to evaluate the quality of pile foundation, the main influencing factors of pile foundation quality control is quantified, and the mathematical model has strong the practical application significance.
