【摘要】：管幕工程是港珠澳大橋珠海連接線拱北隧道的重要組成部分,曲線頂管是本工程核心技術(shù)之一,其成功與否將直接關(guān)系到項(xiàng)目的成敗。管幕下穿拱北口岸,埋深4~5 m,平均長(zhǎng)度257.92 m,位于半徑890 m圓曲線和緩和曲線組成的組合曲線上,精度要求±50 mm,地表沉降要求小于30 mm,管幕所處地層地質(zhì)條件復(fù)雜,周邊環(huán)境敏感,人流、車(chē)流眾多,管節(jié)軌跡控制難度大,軌跡精度控制是管幕工程難點(diǎn)之一。從頂管機(jī)設(shè)備選型、管節(jié)長(zhǎng)度、F形接頭設(shè)計(jì)、測(cè)量控制、動(dòng)態(tài)糾偏、始發(fā)接收控制、管節(jié)軌跡實(shí)際偏差等幾個(gè)方面介紹管幕軌跡控制技術(shù)。
[Abstract]:Pipe curtain engineering is an important part of Gongbei Tunnel of Zhuhai connection Line of HongKong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge. Curve jacking is one of the core technology of the project. Its success or failure will directly affect the success or failure of the project. The buried depth is 4 ~ 5 m and the average length is 257.92 m. It is located on the combined curve of radius 890 m circle curve and transition curve, and the precision is 鹵50 mm. The surface subsidence requirement is less than 30 mm, the geological condition of the pipe curtain is complex, the surrounding environment is sensitive, the people flow, the vehicle flow is numerous, and the trajectory control of the pipe joint is difficult. Trajectory precision control is one of the difficulties in pipe curtain engineering. It includes the selection of pipe-jacking machine equipment, the design of F-shaped joints of pipe segment length, the measurement control, the dynamic correction of deviation, and the initial receiving control. This paper introduces the trajectory control technology of tube screen in several aspects, such as the actual deviation of pipe track.
