【摘要】:活性粉末混凝土(Reactive Powder Concrete,簡稱RPC)是一種新型的高性能混凝土,具有許多優(yōu)越的性能。和普通混凝土相比,活性粉末混凝土在力學(xué)性能等方面都有很大的優(yōu)勢。預(yù)制節(jié)段拼裝體外預(yù)應(yīng)力技術(shù)近年來在我國公路橋梁領(lǐng)域中已得到大量的研究和應(yīng)用。預(yù)應(yīng)力節(jié)段拼裝作為一種可靠、經(jīng)濟和實用的施工方法,目前已得到世界各國的普遍認(rèn)可,而且在實際工程中得到廣泛應(yīng)用。體外預(yù)應(yīng)力技術(shù)與預(yù)制節(jié)段拼裝施工方法的結(jié)合應(yīng)用是解決橋梁施工質(zhì)量和施工速度矛盾的較好途徑。 本文主要對RPC應(yīng)用于72m鐵路預(yù)制節(jié)段拼裝預(yù)應(yīng)力簡支箱梁橋在受力性能方面進行理論分析研究。將RPC和體外預(yù)應(yīng)力技術(shù)及預(yù)制節(jié)段拼裝技術(shù)相結(jié)合,形成大跨度簡支箱梁橋,通過全過程加載分析,研究箱梁的靜力性能。 由于RPC材料具有較高的抗拉力學(xué)性能,本文針對預(yù)制節(jié)段拼裝梁所用的干接縫的特點,采用了接觸單元來模擬接縫間的相互作用。設(shè)計了RPC整體澆筑箱梁和濕接縫箱梁,并論證了整體梁和節(jié)段梁的區(qū)別以及干接縫和濕接縫的抗彎性能和抗剪性能。 本文主要進行的是理論研究,可以為今后的RPC鐵路預(yù)制節(jié)段拼裝體外預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土箱梁的設(shè)計,研究和應(yīng)用提供參考。
[Abstract]:Reactive powder concrete (Reactive Powder Concrete, referred to as RPC) is a new type of high performance concrete, has many superior properties. Compared with ordinary concrete, reactive powder concrete has great advantages in mechanical properties. The precast segmental external pre stress technology in recent years in the field of highway bridges in China have been get a lot of research and application. The prestressed segmental construction method as a reliable, economical and practical, has been widely recognized around the world, and is widely used in practical engineering. In vitro pre erection method should be combined with the application of force technology and precast segment is a better way to solve the quality of bridge construction and the construction speed is contradictory.
This paper focuses on the application of RPC in 72m railway precast segmental prestressed box girder bridge on mechanical properties were studied. Theoretical analysis will be RPC and assembly technology of external prestressing technology and precast segmental combined formation of large span simply supported box girder bridge, through the whole process of load analysis, the static performance of box girder.
The tensile properties of RPC materials is high, this paper used for precast segmental beam dry joint characteristics, using contact element to simulate the interaction between seams. The design of RPC integral casting box girder and wet joint box girder, and demonstrates the difference between the whole beam and segmental beam and resistance dry and wet joint seam bending and shear.
This article mainly carries on the theoretical research, and it can provide reference for the design, research and application of RPC railway precast segment assembling external prestressed concrete box girder.
