【摘要】:為研究隧道突水、突泥過(guò)程中斷層及圍巖各物理場(chǎng)變化規(guī)律,根據(jù)地質(zhì)力學(xué)模型試驗(yàn)相似原理,通過(guò)大量多組別配比試驗(yàn),研制出適用于流-固耦合模型試驗(yàn)的新型斷層及圍巖相似材料。其中,斷層相似材料以砂為粗骨料,滑石粉為細(xì)骨料,石膏、膨潤(rùn)土作為膠結(jié)劑,液態(tài)石蠟作為調(diào)節(jié)劑;圍巖相似材料以砂為粗骨料,重晶石粉、滑石粉為細(xì)骨料,白水泥及乳膠作為膠結(jié)劑。通過(guò)大量室內(nèi)試驗(yàn),對(duì)比分析原巖及相似材料變形特征及強(qiáng)度破壞特性,重點(diǎn)對(duì)單軸抗壓強(qiáng)度、滲透系數(shù)、重度、泊松比、彈性模量等重要變形及水理特性參量進(jìn)行調(diào)控,系統(tǒng)研究不同配比對(duì)材料參數(shù)的影響規(guī)律。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:該材料力學(xué)參數(shù)變化范圍廣、性能穩(wěn)定、操作工藝簡(jiǎn)單,可用來(lái)模擬不同滲透系數(shù)的低、中等強(qiáng)度巖體材料。將該相似材料應(yīng)用于吉蓮高速公路永蓮隧道斷層突水、突泥三維地質(zhì)力學(xué)模型試驗(yàn)中,力學(xué)性能及水理特性均達(dá)到試驗(yàn)要求,能夠有效地模擬突水、突泥的發(fā)展演變過(guò)程,真實(shí)反映斷層災(zāi)變過(guò)程中各物理場(chǎng)響應(yīng)規(guī)律。
[Abstract]:In order to study the variation law of each physical field of fault and surrounding rock in the process of tunnel water inrush and mud outburst, according to the similarity principle of geomechanical model test, a large number of multi-group proportioning tests were carried out. A new fault and surrounding rock similar material suitable for fluid-solid coupling model test was developed, in which sand was used as coarse aggregate, talc powder as fine aggregate, gypsum and bentonite as cementing agent. Liquid paraffin as regulator; The similar materials of surrounding rock are sand as coarse aggregate, barite powder and talc powder as fine aggregate, and white cement and latex as cementing agent. Through a large number of laboratory tests, the deformation characteristics and strength failure characteristics of original rock and similar materials are compared and analyzed. The uniaxial compressive strength, permeability coefficient, weight, Poisson's ratio, modulus of elasticity and other important deformation and hydrological parameters are mainly regulated. The experimental results show that the mechanical parameters of the material vary widely, its properties are stable, the operation process is simple, and it can be used to simulate the low permeability coefficient. Medium strength rock mass material. The similar material has been applied to the 3D geomechanical model test of Yonglian tunnel fault of Jilian Expressway. The mechanical properties and hydrological properties have reached the requirements of the test. It can simulate the development and evolution of water inrush and gouge effectively and reflect the response law of each physical field in the process of fault disaster.
