【摘要】：基于ABAQUS有限元軟件,建立了4種厚度的柔性基層瀝青路面結(jié)構(gòu)三維有限元模型,計算了半波正弦動載作用下,不同土基模量時路面結(jié)構(gòu)的動態(tài)響應(yīng),分析了瀝青層疲勞壽命和土基永久變形壽命隨土基模量的變化規(guī)律和相互協(xié)調(diào)性問題。研究表明:土基永久變形預(yù)估壽命隨土基模量的增大而顯著增大,而瀝青層疲勞預(yù)估壽命受土基模量變化的影響較小;柔性基層瀝青路面結(jié)構(gòu)在土基模量較小時,路面損壞類型由土基頂面永久變形控制,而當土基模量較大時,變?yōu)橛蔀r青層疲勞損壞控制;進一步確定了路面控制損壞類型變化時的臨界土基模量,提出了滿足不同交通等級時的土基模量范圍,為柔性基層瀝青路面結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計提供參考。
[Abstract]:Based on ABAQUS finite element software to establish a three-dimensional finite element model of asphalt pavement structure of 4 kinds of thickness, the calculation of half sine wave under dynamic loading, the dynamic response of pavement structure of different subgrade modulus, analyzed the fatigue life of asphalt layer and subgrade permanent deformation of subgrade modulus with life and coordination problems research showed that the life expectancy increases with the modulus of subgrade permanent deformation of subgrade increases significantly, and the fatigue life prediction of asphalt layer is affected by the change of the modulus of subgrade; flexible pavement structure in the subgrade modulus is small, the pavement damage types by subgrade permanent deformation control, and when the modulus is large, variable on the grounds of the fatigue damage of asphalt layer control; to further determine the pavement subgrade modulus control critical damage type change, put forward to meet different traffic levels when the soil modulus. It provides a reference for the structure design of flexible base asphalt pavement.
