Q235薄板高速電弧搭接焊工藝及效率分析

【摘要】:文中系統(tǒng)開展了Q235薄鋼板單絲MAG,雙絲MAG以及TIG-MAG復(fù)合等電弧搭接焊工藝研究,對(duì)上述焊接方法的焊接接頭成形、微觀組織、拉伸性能以及焊接熔化效率進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析。研究結(jié)果表明,在本試驗(yàn)條件下,單絲MAG焊接速度可達(dá)到0.9 m/min,焊接飛濺較少;雙絲MAG焊速度可達(dá)到1.8 m/min,焊接飛濺多于單絲MAG焊;TIG-MAG復(fù)合焊接速度可提高到2.4 m/min,焊接飛濺最少。通過計(jì)算表明,與單絲MAG焊和雙絲MAG焊相比,TIG-MAG復(fù)合搭接焊方法具有顯著的低焊接熱輸入和高熔化效率特征。
