管線鋼連鑄板坯橫截面元素的原位統(tǒng)計(jì)分布分析

【摘要】:管線鋼作為石油、天然氣等管道運(yùn)輸?shù)闹饕牧?其元素分布及組織結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)管線鋼強(qiáng)度和韌性有較大影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)采用原位統(tǒng)計(jì)分布分析技術(shù)對(duì)管線鋼連鑄板坯板寬中心到板寬1/4處的中心區(qū)域中C、Mn、P、S、V、Ti、Nb元素的偏析和分布狀態(tài)進(jìn)行了定量統(tǒng)計(jì)分析研究。采用最大偏析度、統(tǒng)計(jì)偏析度、統(tǒng)計(jì)均勻度等指標(biāo)對(duì)各元素的偏析分布進(jìn)行了定量表征。研究結(jié)果表明,C、Mn、P、S、V、Nb元素的偏析分布形式基本類似,都在板厚中心線附近和板寬1/4處的厚度方向存在由局部富集區(qū)域組成的帶狀偏析帶。其中,C、P、S元素的偏析較為嚴(yán)重,統(tǒng)計(jì)偏析度達(dá)到20%以上。Ti元素沒(méi)有觀察到明顯的偏析,在整個(gè)分析區(qū)域分布比較均勻。
[Abstract]:Pipeline steel is the main material for pipeline transportation such as oil and natural gas. Its element distribution and microstructure have great influence on the strength and toughness of pipeline steel. In situ statistical distribution analysis technique was used to quantitatively analyze the segregation and distribution of C, mn, P, V, Ti and NB elements in the center area from the width center of the continuous casting plate to the center of the plate width of 1: 4. The segregation distribution of each element was quantitatively characterized by maximum segregation degree and statistical uniformity. The results show that the segregation distribution of NB elements in C, mn, S, V and V is basically similar, and there are banded segregation zones composed of local enrichment regions near the central line of plate thickness and at the thickness direction of plate width 1 鈮,
