【摘要】：通過單因素試驗和正交試驗研究了一種無鉻彩色鈍化劑中不同組分(包括硫酸亞鈰、檸檬酸鈉和硝酸鈷)用量對鈍化膜外觀與耐蝕性的影響,得到較優(yōu)的鈍化劑配方為:硫酸亞鈰50 g/L,檸檬酸鈉15 g/L,硝酸鈷20 g/L。采用最優(yōu)配方在pH 1.5和溫度20~30℃的條件下對鍍鋅層處理15 s,所得鈍化膜平整、均勻,呈光亮的彩虹色。該鈍化膜可通過24 h的中性鹽霧腐蝕試驗。
[Abstract]:The effects of different components (including cerium sulfate, sodium citrate and cobalt nitrate) in a chromium-free color passivator on the appearance and corrosion resistance of passivation film were studied by single factor test and orthogonal test.
