熱處理工藝對(duì)汽車(chē)用鑄造鋁合金組織與性能的影響

【摘要】:以汽車(chē)用A354鑄造鋁合金為對(duì)象,通過(guò)微觀(guān)組織觀(guān)察、硬度測(cè)試等方法研究了固溶處理與時(shí)效處理中的溫度與時(shí)間對(duì)鋁合金微觀(guān)組織與力學(xué)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,鑄造鋁合金A354最佳熱處理工藝為:固溶處理525℃×10 h,時(shí)效處理175℃×6 h。在此工藝下,A354合金的布氏硬度值達(dá)到129 HB。
