S355厚規(guī)格鋼板應(yīng)變時(shí)效行為研究

【摘要】:對80 mm厚S355鋼板進(jìn)行應(yīng)變時(shí)效沖擊試驗(yàn),從微觀組織上對材料高應(yīng)變時(shí)效敏感系數(shù)的原因進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)果表明:應(yīng)變時(shí)效前后材料的組織未發(fā)生明顯的改變,珠光體的含量較高,呈塊狀或球狀,尺寸較小且分布較彌散。應(yīng)變時(shí)效后,0~-60℃的沖擊功均有一定程度的下降。在-20~-40℃具有較高的應(yīng)變時(shí)效敏感性系數(shù),高達(dá)70%以上。應(yīng)變時(shí)效后位錯(cuò)密度大大增加。應(yīng)變時(shí)效前位錯(cuò)分布均勻,應(yīng)變時(shí)效后,位錯(cuò)纏結(jié),位錯(cuò)的可動(dòng)性大大降低,對材料的韌性造成很大的損害。時(shí)效溫度附近出現(xiàn)的內(nèi)耗峰是由于間隙C原子與位錯(cuò)釘扎和脫釘作用所致的結(jié)果。
