超高強度防撞梁熱沖壓成形工藝優(yōu)化

【摘要】:對超高強度防撞梁的熱沖壓成形過程進行了模擬分析,揭示了熱成形過程不同階段板料溫度、厚度、微觀組織和性能的變化規(guī)律,以及初始成形溫度、沖壓速度和壓邊力等工藝參數(shù)對超高強鋼熱成形的影響規(guī)律,優(yōu)化了防撞梁熱成形工藝參數(shù),并通過試驗進行了驗證。結(jié)果表明:熱沖壓成形過程中,板料厚度變化主要發(fā)生在高速沖壓階段,微觀組織及性能變化主要發(fā)生在淬火階段,熱沖壓成形件卸載后的回彈量很小;初始成形溫度對板料厚度變化影響顯著,初始成形溫度較低時板料成形性較差;沖壓速度過大或過小均易導致板料減薄嚴重;添加壓料板會大幅降低板料流動性,易導致拉裂;對本文構(gòu)件而言,最佳工藝參數(shù)是:初始成形溫度為800℃、沖壓速度為100mm/s,不設(shè)置壓料板。
[Abstract]:The hot stamping forming process of ultra-high strength anti-collision beam is simulated and analyzed, and the changes of sheet metal temperature, thickness, microstructure and properties in different stages of hot forming process are revealed, as well as the effects of initial forming temperature, stamping speed and blank holder force on the hot forming of ultra-high strength steel. The hot forming process parameters of anti-collision beam are optimized and verified by experiments. The results show that in the process of hot stamping, the change of sheet metal thickness mainly occurs in the stage of high speed stamping, the change of microstructure and properties mainly occurs in the quenching stage, and the springback of hot stamping forming parts after unloading is very small. The initial forming temperature has a significant effect on the change of sheet metal thickness, and the sheet metal formability is poor when the initial forming temperature is low. Too large or too small stamping speed can easily lead to serious sheet metal thinning. The addition of pressing plate will greatly reduce the sheet metal flow and easily lead to tensile crack.
