不同pH值高錳酸鉀對不銹鋼腐蝕性能影響

【摘要】:采用重量法、掃描電子顯微鏡、動電位極化曲線法研究304L不銹鋼在不同pH值高錳酸鉀溶液中的腐蝕行為。304L不銹鋼經(jīng)過pH值為1.8的酸性高錳酸鉀溶液(NP)氧化后表面腐蝕產(chǎn)物最多,pH值為6.5的高錳酸鉀溶液(HP)氧化后表面腐蝕產(chǎn)物最少,pH值為12.5的堿性高錳酸鉀溶液(AP)氧化后表面腐蝕產(chǎn)物居中。經(jīng)過氧化步驟后,試樣經(jīng)過硝酸與抗壞血酸混合還原溶液清洗后都具有金屬光澤,微觀形貌區(qū)別不大。304L不銹鋼在HP中的腐蝕電流密度最小,在NP和AP中的腐蝕電流密度大于HP。化學(xué)去污清洗工藝中高錳酸鉀溶液對不銹鋼的腐蝕性最弱,NP、AP對不銹鋼基材的腐蝕性強于HP。
[Abstract]:The corrosion behavior of 304L stainless steel in potassium permanganate solution with different pH values was studied by gravimetric method, scanning electron microscope and potentiodynamic polarization curve method. The surface corrosion products of 304L stainless steel were the most after oxidation of acid potassium permanganate solution with pH 1.8, and the surface corrosion products of potassium permanganate solution with pH 6.5 were the least. The surface corrosion products of alkaline potassium permanganate solution with pH 12. 5 (AP) oxidation were in the middle. After oxidation step, the samples have metal luster after cleaning with mixed reduction solution of nitric acid and ascorbic acid, and the microstructure is not different. The corrosion current density of 304L stainless steel in HP is the smallest, and the corrosion current density in NP and AP is higher than that in HP.. In the chemical decontamination cleaning process, the corrosion of potassium permanganate solution to stainless steel is the weakest, and the corrosion of NP,AP to stainless steel substrate is stronger than that of HP..
