鉬鎢系高導(dǎo)熱率熱作模具鋼高溫性能

【摘要】:研究了新型Mo-W系熱作模具鋼材料的抗回火性能、熱穩(wěn)定性、高溫?zé)釋?dǎo)率和熱疲勞性能。結(jié)果表明:與Cr-Mo-V系的H13熱作模具鋼相比,SDCM-S熱作模具鋼的一些高溫性能有明顯的優(yōu)勢。SDCM-S模具鋼具有更高的抗回火軟化性能和熱穩(wěn)定性能。SDCM-S模具鋼的二次硬化峰值溫度出現(xiàn)在580℃左右,比H13鋼高約60℃。SDCM-S模具鋼在620℃保溫20 h后硬度高于38HRC,比H13鋼高9HRC。SDCM-S模具鋼在回火過程中析出尺寸穩(wěn)定的Mo2C碳化物,是其具有高抗回火軟化性能和良好的熱穩(wěn)定性能的原因。SDCM-S模具鋼具有高熱導(dǎo)率。SDCM-S模具鋼的熱導(dǎo)率在100℃是H13鋼的1.86倍,在700℃是H13的1.26倍。低Si,低Mn,低Cr以及高M(jìn)o含量,是其高熱導(dǎo)率的原因。SDCM-S模具鋼具有比H13鋼更高的抗熱疲勞性能。其熱疲勞總損傷因子明顯小于H13鋼,只有H13鋼疲勞損傷因子的76.1%。SDCM-S熱作模具鋼具有良好的抗回火軟化能力,高溫?zé)岱(wěn)定性,高溫?zé)釋?dǎo)率。這些因素的共同作用,使SDCM-S材料有比H13鋼更高的熱疲勞性能。
[Abstract]:The tempering resistance, thermal stability, high temperature thermal conductivity and thermal fatigue properties of a new type of Mo-W hot work die steel were studied.
