基于ABAQUS的轉(zhuǎn)向架十字焊接接頭應力集中系數(shù)分析
[Abstract]:The finite element modeling of the cross welded joint of bogie is carried out. The stress concentration coefficient at the welding toe under different welding toe inclination angle and welding toe transition arc radius is calculated by finite element software ABAQUS, and the relationship equation between stress concentration coefficient and geometric parameters (welding toe inclination angle, welding toe transition arc radius) is established by Origin software. The results show that the stress concentration is large at the welding toes of the cross welded joint, and the dip angle of the welding toe and the radius of the transition arc of the welding toe have a significant effect on the stress concentration coefficient Kt of the cross joint, and for the same dip angle of the welding toe, the stress concentration coefficient Kt decreases gradually with the increase of the radius of the welding toe transition arc r, and the influence of the transition arc radius r on the stress concentration coefficient Kt increases with the increase of the inclination angle theta. When the radius of welding toe transition arc is the same, the stress concentration coefficient Kt increases with the increase of dip angle theta, and the influence of dip angle theta on stress concentration coefficient Kt decreases with the increase of transition arc radius r, and the stress concentration coefficient relation equation is of guiding significance for the improvement of stress concentration at welding toes and the design of ultrasonic fatigue cross joint of bogie.
