熱輸入對(duì)電力結(jié)構(gòu)用Q460鋼焊縫金屬組織及沖擊性能的影響

【摘要】:采用熔化極氣體保護(hù)焊對(duì)電力結(jié)構(gòu)用Q460鋼進(jìn)行不同熱輸入的對(duì)接焊試驗(yàn)。利用金相顯微鏡、透射電鏡和電子背散射衍射技術(shù)研究熱輸入對(duì)焊縫組織及沖擊性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:3種熱輸入焊縫金屬組織均為先共析鐵素體、側(cè)板條鐵素體和針狀鐵素體及M-A組元。隨著熱輸入的增加,焊縫組織中板條粗化,而先共析鐵素體和側(cè)板條鐵素體增多,針狀鐵素體減少,M-A組元尺寸增大;焊縫金屬中大角度晶界含量逐漸減少分別為0.54、0.40和0.37。尺寸較大的M-A組元及大角度晶界密度的降低是導(dǎo)致焊縫金屬?zèng)_擊吸收能量逐漸降低的主要原因。
[Abstract]:Different heat input butt welding tests of Q460 steel for power structure were carried out by melting electrode gas shielded welding. The effects of thermal input on the microstructure and impact properties of welds were studied by means of metallographic microscope, transmission electron microscope and electron backscattering diffraction. The results show that the microstructure of the three kinds of heat input weld metals is proeutectic Ferrite, side lath Ferrite, Needle Ferrite and M 鈮,
