Mn含量對(duì)Al-Mg合金板材組織與性能的影響

【摘要】:通過(guò)拉伸試驗(yàn)和掃描電鏡/能譜以及金相分析,研究了Mn含量對(duì)Al-Mg合金均勻化組織、退火后的力學(xué)性能及顯微組織的影響。研究表明,兩種成分合金均勻化組織中彌散相多為近等軸狀粒子,尺寸約1μm,低Mn含量合金均勻化組織中彌散相數(shù)量少于高M(jìn)n合金均勻化組織中的彌散相;經(jīng)480℃×10 s退火后高M(jìn)n含量和低Mn含量合金屈服強(qiáng)度分別為113 MPa和84 MPa,斷后伸長(zhǎng)率分別為23%和26%,退火再結(jié)晶平均晶粒大小分別為17μm和27μm。提高合金中Mn含量,板材強(qiáng)度增大,伸長(zhǎng)率降低,退火再結(jié)晶晶粒尺寸減小;延長(zhǎng)退火保溫時(shí)間,兩種合金屈服強(qiáng)度都有所降低,合金顯微組織再結(jié)晶晶粒隨著退火保溫時(shí)間延長(zhǎng)逐漸增大,伸長(zhǎng)率逐漸增加。
[Abstract]:The effects of Mn content on homogenized microstructure, mechanical properties and microstructure of Al-Mg alloy after annealing were studied by tensile test, scanning electron microscope / energy dispersive spectroscopy and metallographic analysis.
